Ok would not choose this hotel again
Pros:

Rooms were nice mattress covers were backed in plastic and very sweaty the staff were very nice and friendly
The rooftops terrace was ok

Cons:

The lack of facilities there was no communal rooms only a few couches in the foyer
The breakfast repacked breakfast boxes were not inviting
The coffee machine didn’t work properly and was not fixed when we were there only expressive available
There was a mini spa available if booked 1 day in advance at a cost of €60 pp per hour

Servicen på detta stället va suveränt och en extra stjärna till Maria som alltid hade ett leende och tog sig tid för oss. Hon va riktigt hjälpsam och otroligt serviceinriktad, ingenting va några problem. Supertrevlig! Det va välstädat och i lobbyn kunde man fylla på med vatten eller kolsyrat vatten. Lagom promenad in till Sorrento. Här va det inte lika busy som inne i Sorrento och det gillade vi. Takterrassen med bubbelpool var en höjdare.

Cons:

Lite trafikstört men det stördes man inte utav uppe på den härliga terrassen.

Pros:

The hotel was close to restaurants and fabulous viewpoint of the coastline.

Cons:

We had a terrace on the 1st floor and the road was incredibly noisy and spoilt any outside time.

Bagno sotto dimensionato lavandino scomodo, porta a 1 cm dal WC per doccia troppo piccola non sci si può muovere per lavarsi. Per 4 stelle secondo me non a norma Colazione boooo
Garage €30 in garage esterno in convenzione oppure a mt500 aree limitrofe max 4 ore di parcheggio poi rifai ticket. Non lo consiglio.

Perfect would definitely return
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful either any of our needs and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and left organised and fresh. The rooftop provides beautiful views and a great view of the sunset over the sea. Absolutely exceptional all around. Short walk to the piano di sorrento train station making it very easy to get to from Naples and a scenic 25 minute walk to the centre

Ideal location, quieter area than sorrento, nice balcony
Pros:

Staff on the front desk were incredibly welcoming and very helpful with local knowledge. We stayed for an anniversary and they made efforts to make our stay very special which was lovely. The room was incredibly clean and had great natural light. It is in the quieter part, and an ideal 20 min walk into sorrento. The rooftop balcony had lovely views of the landscape and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset from there, and ate our breakfast there in the morning. There were only a couple of other guests so the hotel felt very quiet.

Cons:

Some of the photos on the booking advert were misleading which is a shame. There is no inside pool or sauna or steam room as pictured, and the jacuzzi on the rooftop is a “cold tub” as it clearly hasn’t worked in many years, and was full of debris and is now used by the local seagulls as a bathing spot in the evenings. If a pool and facilities are a dealbreaker for you, book elsewhere.
