Pros:

This hotel is exceptional, staff were very friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions during our stay. The location is nice, a very quiet area just outside of the centre of Sorrento, maybe a 20 minute walk. Very clean, very peaceful and definitely worth the money.

Cons:

Hotel is advertised with restaurant/bar facilities but only contains a snack bar that sells drinks, snacks, not quite what we were expecting. Facilities included on the advertisement also include pool, sauna, and it has none of these.

Soggiorno pessimo. Abbiamo pagato per una struttura venduta come un hotel a 4 stelle, ma i servizi reali non arrivano nemmeno a due.I problemi sono iniziati subito all'arrivo: il servizio di facchinaggio è totalmente inesistente. Nessuno dello staff si è offerto di aiutarci con i bagagli. Quando ho fatto presente la cosa e ho chiesto espressamente un facchino, il personale mi ha risposto in modo estremamente scortese, sgarbato e scocciato, dicendo che quel servizio "non era previsto" dall'hotel. Una risposta inammissibile per la categoria e il prezzo pagato.La situazione non è migliorata in camera. La stanza era scomoda, decisamente vecchia e ben lontana dagli standard di pulizia minimi. Come se non bastasse, il frigobar era completamente vuoto. Per non parlare del bagno: la doccia era tenuta malissimo, incrostata e visibilmente trascurata.Un hotel che fa pagare tariffe alte ma risparmia sul personale, sulla pulizia e sulla cortesia dell'ospite. Non ci tornerò mai più e lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti.

Great Location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and very helpful about information on things to do during the day. Every day was met with a 'ciao', 'buongiurno' and a smile every day. They were also efficient in being able to book trips or even a bus to the airport. Had a wedding and it was a great location to the venue (about 5 mins away). In regards to the town of Sorrento, it was about a 20/25min walk and is much better than getting an uber, as around the time it was about 30 in an uber for a 10 mins drive. A restaurant called il Rutino 2 mins away from the hotel, great place to have food staff were also super friendly. Rooms were kept clean and when asked, the cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning the room when I was out while also being respectful to my privacy when I was in.

Cons:

The hotel didn't have any pool (not sure if this is mentioned in the description and I've just missed it). I was told there was a jacuzzi on the top floor, however in my stay never got the chance to check it out. Also in 35 degree heat I don't think a jacuzzi is the best idea. Didnt get the chance to have some food as bar was mainly quite quiet all the time I was there.

Wonderful break in Sant’ Agnello
Pros:

Great location close to a private beach. It was ideal to be far from the center of Sorrento which we did not like. Sant’ Agnello is charming with great food and nice people. The hotel room itself was comfortable, had everything we needed, and we were surprised our room had 2 bathrooms. The rooftop had a great view of the sea.

Cons:

Breakfast option wasn’t great but there is a place right in front of it which makes nice sandwiches and good coffee. We were also surprised with the high price of the spa.

Cons:

It’s not 4 stars. The photos were misleading, for example there were not umbrellas or a bar with service. The facilities listed at the hotel were NOT included in the price. And even more ridiculous were limited to 1 hour even for 40 euros.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per trascorrere la notte del nostro matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La posizione è splendida, comoda e tranquilla, perfetta per vivere un momento così speciale.

Lo staff è stato eccezionale: gentile, attento e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere ancora più piacevole e indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande professionalità e calore.

Conserveremo un bellissimo ricordo di questa esperienza e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri trascorrere momenti speciali in un ambiente accogliente e curato.

Would 100% recommend to others and go back again.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the side balcony with a view lovely and the surrounding area and quick access to the beach wonderful.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was quite loud and would not turn off. It was over 30C every night and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room.
