Pros:

Confort des lits doubles, déjeuner complet, accueil adéquate

Cons:

Le divan lit était inutilisable. Il n'y avait plus de mousse sur le matelas seulement les resorts. Mes enfants de 5-6 ans ne pouvaient même pas le tolérer. Le matelas du divan lit était cerner jaune et aucun protecteur sur le matelas. On a due dormir 3 par lit double. Avoir sur on aurait réserver deux chambres.

This was a very nicev,convenient place. Nice and clean, and worth the stay. When we travel we will sure stay here again

Pros:

The hotel is a great location and close to attractions and restraunts. The receptionist was also very nice.

Cons:

We reserved a king room with sofa bed as it was 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was nice but only had the kind bed and no couch with sofa bed but instead had two accent chairs. We ended up having to but blow up mattress. Also, we had a few sugar ants on the night stands.

The breakfast food was actually really really delicious both days very much enjoyed it was very good quality.

Cons:

We did not like or care for was that our room was never cleaned. We never had anyone make the better give fresh towels. They thought the room was occupied however we were gone all day the second day and there was nothing ever done or cleaned so it wasn’t very happy about that otherwise this day was quite pleasant.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn. What stood out the most was the amazing staff, especially the receptionists. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent customer service made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
