I plan on staying at this location again next year!
Pros:

Sorry I can't say, because I wasn't informed or aware that there were a breakfast.

Cons:

The elevator was inoperable and I had to climb up to the fourth floor and it took me a while because I have bronchitis, which wasn't good.

Pros:

Close to the interstate.
Right next to Culvers.

Cons:

Bathroom sink is broken.
Couldn’t get back in except the front door.
Pet area not clean: long grass and other pets were not cleaned up after.

It was a good stay for our trip but I don't think we would stay there again
Pros:

It was close to a lot of business so it made it easier to find what we needed.

Cons:

They only had one luggage cart and we waited and wait for someone to bring it back so we could use it the night we checked in and we never saw it so we had to make multiple trips to get everything to the room.

PLEASE don’t list them on Booking.com, this is a dirty, disgusting place with false advertising. Please research this.

Cons:

This is not really a hotel. It is low income long term housing with a few rooms. They sold us a “king suite” room, but it was not a king sized bed and not a suite. They said they didn’t have those. I complained, but we needed the room. It was a smoking room and disgustingly dirty.
