They were very accommodating and helped us out with any questions we had. The hotel is very nice, clean, and located in a good spot. The breakfast was so good I not hesitate to come here again.

O café da manhã servido as 6:30hs ótimo horário para tomar café tranquilo e se preparar para os passeios. Adorei a cama que é bem grande. Todos do hotel são muito atenciosos, a localização é excelente tem muitos restaurantes próximos.
Por causa de enxaqueca, tenho problemas com cheiros fortes (tipo bom ar) e no hotel é usado um produto para ficar tudo cheiroso que é forte. Sempre passava rapidamente pelos corredores e recepção. Por sorte nos quartos não tinha esse cheiro!
A localização é otima, no centro da cidade, próximo à restaurantes, bares e a poucos minutos de caminhada até Terminal de ônibus urbano.

The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff deserve a special mention. Since we arrived quite late on our first day, we unfortunately missed breakfast. A huge thank you goes to Karen: she was incredibly sweet and helpful in this situation! She not only recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby, but also gave us super valuable tips for our one-day visit to Paraguay. This personal touch from Karen made our stay truly special!
The rooms were absolutely clean, tidy, and we felt completely comfortable.
Regarding breakfast:
The breakfast (which we were able to enjoy the following day) is good and delicious. Our only minor suggestion for improvement would be to offer a bit more variety when it comes to the meat and cold cut options, as we felt there could be a few more choices.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Thank you so much to Karen and the entire team!

O hotel é excelente, bem localizado, o quarto é amplo e o banheiro também, a cama é confortável, uma boa mesa para trabalhar. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, bem gostoso e com bastante variedade, das 6h30 às 10h. Os funcionários de todos os setores são simpáticos, atenciosos e atendem super bem. Recomendo o hotel e voltando em Foz ficarei hospedado aqui.
Por ser um hotel antigo, existe somente um elevador e é pequeno. Mas isso não é um grande problema. O estacionamento de carros ao lado da parte do hotel que eu fiquei faz barulho logo cedo, mas isso não é problema do hotel, e não incomoda quem vai acordar cedo.
