Their service is amazing from reception to teras bar , Jacuzzi with view and nice fresh cocktails are our favorite. Harry and other lovely person made quite an effort to create new cocktails. The jacuzzi us open until 21:00 it gives you time to enjoy, bar is open until 23:00 rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good they also prepare you from the menu you select. Nice welcome drink and perfect service ! Good location to walk everywhere.
The location, service and amenities perfect. And the price v reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
The staff were very kind and professional. They mostly had a good understanding of English and the facilities were well maintained with the afternoon tea being a plus

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und verfügt über einen kleinen Pool. Das Frühstück und der afternoon tea sind sehr lecker. Die Better waren bequem.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück schmeckt und ich habe gut geschlafen. Und der Cafe am nachmittag.
Sicherheit (Großer Kritikpunkt):
Ein massives Problem betrifft die Brandschutzsicherheit. Alle Feuernotausgänge waren nicht richtig im Schloss oder standen Tag und Nacht komplett offen. Es gibt nur einen einzigen Notausgang in der Mitte des Hauses, und dieser war bis hinauf in den 9. Stock komplett offen. Ich bitte alle Gäste, die das ebenfalls sehen, dies unbedingt direkt an der Rezeption zu melden! Hier muss das Hotel dringend handeln.
Das Frühstück an sich war gut. Allerdings lief im Restaurant eine Musik, die eher an eine Einschlaf-Massage erinnert – das passt nicht zu einem fröhlichen Morgen. Ich denke, auch das Personal wäre froh, wenn hier etwas passendere, muntere Musik laufen würde. Zudem gibt es das Frühstück nur bis 10:00 Uhr. Für ein Urlaubshotel ist das kein "Wow"-Service; Zeiten bis 10:30 Uhr oder 11:00 Uhr wären deutlich besser. (Wir sind jetzt in einem anderen Hotel, wo es völlig unkompliziert bis 10:30 Uhr Frühstück gibt).
Wir waren für eine Woche im Silverland Yen Hotel, da wir es eigentlich wegen des Pools gebucht hatten. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass der "Schwimmbad"-Bereich eher nur ein Whirlpool/Sprudelbad ist – das war schade.

A lovely stay on a beautiful hotel with a roof top bar and pool to sit by and enjoy the view. Very friendly, polite, helpful staff. Lots of choice of delicious Vietnamese and continental food at breakfast. Thank you!
It’s a wonderful hotel — close to Independence House and the War Museums, and surrounded by markets, restaurants, and lively pubs. The staff are extremely friendly and clearly committed to providing a high level of customer service.
The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all working amenities. Breakfast was very varied and absolutely delicious.

The location was chosen as we were heading to the tunnels and Mekong Delta. It was in a hotel area and near to the market and restaurants.
The hotel was pretty basic, so was the breakfast. We also didn't get to have our afternoon tea as we were out on a trip.
Nice rooftop pool and good food
Silverland Yen is a lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the rooftop pool is very nice for relaxing in. Not really big enough for exercise.
Only a few minutes walk from Ben Nghe Street Food and Ben Thanh Market.
I often stay at this hotel when I visit HCMC.
