Sehr empfehlenswerter Ausgangspunkt für einen Assisi Besuch
Pros:

Perfekte Lage um Assisi zu besuchen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Entfernung mit dem Auto 5 min. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Saubere, leise, zweckmäßige Zimmer mit guten Betten. Abendrestaurant mit Sitzmöglichkeit im Innenhof ist gut, Service schnell, Speisen solides Mittelmaß.

Cons:

Abendrestaurant: die Sitzmöglichkeit in einem Speisesaal hat Kantinencharakter und ist sehr laut.

Pulizia, struttura molto bella e suggestiva, parcheggio comodo, molto vicina al centro di Assisi. Colazione di buon livello con personale estremamente attento e cortese.

Cons:

In una zona dove la copertura della rete mobile è molto scarsa, il WiFi diventa molto importante per chi deve lavorare anche dalla camera d'albergo. Il WiFi dell'hotel si è completamente bloccato a partire da circa le 20:00 fino a notte inoltrata. Alle 21:00 sono andato in reception a fare presente il problema e la gentilissima ragazza che era di turno mi ha dato la password per un WiFi alternativo che però, pur funzionando benissimo lì nella zona della reception, non raggiungeva la mia stanza, quindi niente di fatto: sono rimasto con la sola opzione del WiFi principale dell'hotel, completamente inservibile. Anche la mattina dopo, pur con lievi miglioramenti, il WiFi era molto zoppicante. Al check-out ho fatto presente tutto questo e la persona di turno (non era più la ragazza della sera prima) si è limitata a scusarsi... e tanti saluti. In un hotel del genere a 4 stelle e quasi 150€ per una notte per una stanza standard, trovo sia un tale disservizio che un guest complaint handling del genere assolutamente inadeguati.

La ubicación, cuarto amplio y muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, solo un incidentes con el secador de pelo un peligro ya que no funcionaba y salía un olor a quemado. Pero fue reemplazado después de notificar la situación.

Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel w recepcji. bardzo dobre miejsce z dala od zgiełku Asyżu ale zarazem bardzo blisko do Asyżu. Można "piechotką" spacerkiem 2 km albo miejscowym autobusem. Gorąco polecam ten hotel

Por estar recebendo um grupo muito grande, o atendimento às vezes ficava meio corrido e a diferença língua dificultava um pouco. Alguns funcionários tinham mais paciência e simpátia.

Colazione ricca sia dolce che salato. Personale sempre attento e cortese. Camera ampia, con arredamento essenziale me funzionale e complessivamente accogliente. Servizi extra un po' carenti per clientela no business (c'è solo la cappella).
Possibilità di cenare sotto portico della corte centrale, in location piacevole con menù vario, di buona qualità e prezzo corretto. Fermata della navetta per il contro davanti all'hotel.

Cons:

Scarse dotazione in camera (niente ciabattine, minimo set di cortesia), non adeguato per un 4 stelle
