The hotel is very nice and well equiped, there is nothing to complain about. Rooms are big and clean.

Cons:

The only minus is the staff... wich is not really welcoming. Which is kind of sad, beacuse otherwise there is really nothing to complain about.

Love this hotel. It is my 3rd stay this year (and the front desk staff remembered us!)

Excellent breakfast
Comfortable beds
Clean, spacious room
Heated underground parking
Friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

My one and only complaint is a faulty shower knob/controller in room 611.. Requires fixing (I should have brought it to the attention of staff but I didn't).. It won't hold a comfortable hot/warm position.. it slides out of place forcing a cool/luke warm or scalding hot temp.

Pros:

The standout was the staff especially the lady working the breakfast. She went out of her way to check on everyone, clear tables, make my coffee beverage just how I like it and was so friendly and upbeat.

Only access to ice was fifth floor. A few more gluten free option for breakfast would be nice.

Excellent location, very close to the city centre, a few minutes by car, less than 2 km.

Cons:

The only comment was that the lunch was ordinary for people who don't eat cereal: just scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon. It could be improved.
