The housekeeping level is pretty poor considering the price and status of the hotel. In my 2 week stay our bedding was never changed, body wash was never topped up/replaced - we genuinely had no soap and had to buy our own, there was blood stains on the bedding from another guest so I would assume the sheets are not bleached properly, you would only get one toilet roll a day and if you didn’t finish your toilet roll they wouldn’t give you another so we went to 7/11 and got our own 4 pack, the towels were all damaged and had holes in them, the floors and rugs were not vacuumed, there is mould in the bathrooms. They asked me to pay 100 baht on check out for a missing laundry bag that we never received and then when I questioned it they waived the fee

Great room but language barrier was a problem but that was to be expected in a non english speaking country.. but we got there 👍 kitchen facilities were very good
