Soggiorno splendido
Pros:

Accoglienza davvero eccezionale. La posizione è a ridosso del centro storico, ma in una stradina tranquilla.
Personale molto gentile e piacevole.
La colazione, servita, è ottima, abbondante e varia. Anche il servizio ristorazione è eccellente.

Lovely, but....
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very unique. The garden put back was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was very good. We were in a suite with a private pool, which was very nice.

Cons:

Although the restaurant staff was there most of the time, the reception was not around much at all. There seemed a lack of communication between employees, so we were never sure if one of our messages relayed to one staff would be delivered to the other. We were told if we needed anything to dial a certain number, however, that never worked and we had to personally go and ask for extra towels and blankets.
On our last day we were trying to check out and pay our finaly bill and there was no one at reception. The restaurant staff had to contact them on the phone and try to figure out the bill. All very confusing and we never did get a receipt. It was a lovely place, but I wouldn't stay there again due to conflicting messages between staff. It was very disorganized and they need to improve that aspect.

If you want authentic old style experience, with everthing and more you need, than Kapitevi is the right choise.
Pros:

Beautiful family hotel, luxorios rooms furnished in old stile with taste for details. A nice present and fruits waiting to welcome the guests. Just next to the city center, few minutes of walking to get there. Big and rich breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to say here.

Interesting building and great terrace view from room
Pros:

Our spacious room on the top floor has a terrace with a wonderful view. The building has a lot of character, and is located near the bazaar and other points of interest. The breakfast was very good and in a charming outdoor area.

Cons:

There were no staff on site at night, and we had questions. There was a phone number we could have called, but we did not have a working phone at the time.
The internet did not work the entire time we were there. The room could be better lit, and there was no duvet / comforter. Only a thin blanket was provided.

Pros:

O Hotel é íncrivel, O acesso a ele é horroroso. Estilo para quem curte construções e decoração antigas e históricas. Pessoal muito atencioso e simpático.

Cons:

O acesso ao hotel e a falta de estacionamento, já que as ruas no entorno e do hotel são bem complicadas e apertadas.

투르키에 전통 분위기의 우아한 인테리어, 아름다운 중정.
고급식당을 겸하고 있어 아침 식사가 최상임.

Cons:

booking.com 에서의 소개와 달리 버스터미널 셔틀 서비스가 없었어요. 직원들도 그렇게 소개 되고 있는 걸 모르는 것 같아요. 제법 먼 곳이라 무료서비스라는 게 이해가 되지는 않더군요.

A place you would return to over and over!
Pros:

1. The staff were the highlight of our stay. From the owner, Atilla bey to all other personnel such as Harun bey and Samet bey, everyone was genuinely lovely, generous, welcoming and caring.
2. The character of the hotel is so cosy and authentic.
3. The location could not be more ideal.

Authentic experience for Bursa
Pros:

Well restored Ottoman house with comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with French press coffee. The bar and courtyard cafe were well patronised by locals and a source of entertainment but not too noisy. Good location walking distance to main sites.

El mejor HOTEL boutique de Bursa
Pros:

Es el "sitio" donde hay que ir a dormir/vivir si vas a Bursa de turista. Localizacion optima, a 3 minutos de TODO lo importante. Una casita de muñecas hecha hotel. El personal muy amable, desde el dueño hasta el resto del personal. El desayuno es una locura

Las escaleras de la muralla para subir al hotel.. pero si quieres vistas bonitas hay que subir un poco....

Zentrale Lage des historischen, kleinen Hotels! Ausgestaltung und Einrichtung des Hotels im historischen (orientalischen) Stil; Sehr ruhige Lage (die Muezzinrufe gehören zu Bursa!); Ausreichend großes Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht in die Altstadt, zur großen Moschee und ins Gebirge; Abendessen und Frühstück im großen, sehr gepflegten Garten möglich; Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen mit internationaler und türkischer Speisekarte (digital!); Beim phantastischen Frühstück wird groß aufgetischt - wie bei Sultanen üblich; Chef und Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei der Zufahrt aufpassen! Es gibt nämlich laut Navi in Bursa eine zweite Gasse mit demselben Namen, dort ist auch ein Hotel!; Parkplatz in den umliegenden Gassen kann manchmal schwer zu finden sein - wir haben Glück gehabt! Im Zimmer gab es keine Badetücher.
Im Zimmer auch kein Safe, obwohl in der Zimmerbeschreibung bei Booking.com als vorhanden beschrieben.
