Pros:

Jerry at front desk is exceptional. She was very accommodating in resolving an issue we had and lady that worked breakfast area was also excellent

Hated the white bed covering

Amazing!
Pros:

The atmosphere and friendly staff. Everything was superb and I’d love to come again in the future. :)
I just wish the beds were a little more soft and the pillows a bit more fluffy. Other than that, everything couldn’t have been better.

Cons:

The pillows not as fluffy as I would’ve liked them to be.
The bed being too hard and not as soft as what I am use to at home, but I made it work.
The in room coffee could have been a been better as well.
