Expensive for the accommodation
Pros:

Staff was very nice however they were overwhelmed with the accommodation as everyone trying to check in none of the rooms were available. Are room was not available until almost 7. I paid a lot of money for one night and to not be able to go into the room until 7 was a lottle much. They did comp the parking which was very nice but my room for 1 night was close to $800.00

Cons:

Check in you shpuld not allow late check put if the hotel is totally booked as this causes other guests inconvenience.

Great location for baseball game but would not recommend it in general.
Pros:

Two room suite was perfect. And location was great.

Cons:

No real coffee. Decaf is not ok. And 2 pods for two people not enough. Especially decaf. No hair dryer. No body soap in one bathroom. TVs were difficult to operate. Convoluted and no guide. One wouldn’t turn off. Staff was very unhelpful in the afternoons. Could t provide coffee or wouldn’t. Would not offer possible late checkout.

We enjoyed our stay. The location to PNC and local eateries couldn't have been better.
Pros:

breakfast had great options and they were tasty. The room was fine, the tv did not work on check-in but the staff was helpful and they replaced it promptly. Parking was "tight" but convenient at a decent price.

Cons:

Room was a little dated but clean and adequate. There were coffee pods but no coffee maker. We didn't inquire about it so it was a moot point.

Come for the baseball, stay for the city.
Pros:

Our room was great! Large spaces and we'll maintained. I booked here because of its proximity to PNC Park ( directly across the street) as my wife and I were in town to attend 2 games, but this location is also central in a lively, walkable area of Pittsburgh and made finding things to do and restaurants to visit extremely easy without having to drive anywhere.

Pros:

We really loved the location of the hotel, and our room looked right out at the Pirate’s Stadium. Being on the second floor though was quite loud outside on the street (nighttime activities and Pittsburgh Marathon in the morning). The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful with a lot of choices.

Cons:

We stayed in the executive suite. For the cost of this room, you would think it would be perfect. Two of the drains did not drain. One of the lights in the kitchen didn’t work, and the garbage disposal didn’t work.
