Cons:

Only one elevator out of 3 worked. Had to wait in line to go up to room. Had to take steps to 7th floor numerous times
Was double charged for my room and still waiting for it to be corrected

The room was in dire need of repairs

The only thing we liked was the courtesy of the staff.

Cons:

There was no AC in any common areas. There was only 1 elevator out of 3 that were working. When we checked out (a day early) we waited 40 minutes and still not able to get on an elevator. A very kind guest carried our luggage down the stairs to the lobby. We are elderly and my husband has medical conditions. The front desk staff didn’t care. They just sorry but didn’t sound like they meant it

Staff was extremely excellent and friendly! Room was clean! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was nice and close to both the PNC ballpark and the Steelers stadium! Parking was nice!

The location cannot be beat. You are directly across the street from PNC Park and within walking distance of everything that Nkrth Shore has to offer.

Pros:

The location right next to PNC Park and other areas to visit. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in our room is tearing up by kitchen area. The door on the bathroom would not shut (hinges are bent). This door was like this last year when I stayed in this same room and I did report it to the front desk. I do think they are doing some renovations at this present time too though.

Great location, Arlene was amazing, everyone was friendly, loved ease of check in and parking

Arlene was amazing and sweet. Room was fantastic, location was great.

Cons:

There was a fun run/walk by the hotel and so we were not permitted to exit until noon. The staff told me a back way to exit but would have been nice to know that while making the reservation.
