Probably would not stay again.
Pros:

Clean, breakfast included, polite staff

Cons:

Not really the hotels fault but the several homeless outside the front door. I could also see them from my room window.

very clean, very accommodating, great location
Pros:

Staff were excellent and really accommodating, the room was really generously sized for our family, and it was a 5 minute drive to get into the city. Sure, there's a bit of train noise, but that stops around 1030pm and this is otherwise a great hotel.

Nice location
Pros:

The room was very spacious and really clean and I really liked the design of it. It was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. From food and activities it was right by everything and the all the front desk workers were very nice and fun and easy to talk too. Would highly recommend.

I couldn;t cancel

Cons:

They show the picture on web site when I reserve the room with a swimming pool and hot tub when I reserve the reservation. After I check in, I asked front desk, what time is pool close and she told me we don't have a swimming pool and hot tub. Then I told her I will cancel and she told me I have to contact booking.com and I contacted and I have working on hospitality industry before, if the manager or authorised person contacted bookin.com, the booking.com will refund to me.
However, they didn't and it is wrong business.
