I stayed two nights in my recent trip and it was a perfect stay. the room was clean, rich breakfast and kind team
i stayed one night, checked out and returned after one day for one more night. when i returned, i discovered that i forgot something in the room.
i expected that the hotel stuff would contact me when they found what i forgot, and this didnt happend.
breakfast was great and staff was very helpful and always ready to suggest and recommend dish and rooms were very neat and clean and always there to help last but not the least dinner top notch.Keep it up

I forgot my 2 bottles in mini bar fridge (1 wine and 1 gin, both sealed pack)
I checked out on time, hotel had my India number for convenience, but no one contacted me on left overs the whole day.
When I called them in evening, they didnt have this info updated against my room.
They said will check and call back, but no one did, despite my 2 call backs.
Fortunately I was staying in Mumbai only for couple of more days, at closeby hilton Intl hotel.
I could go and collect it myself later.
However, if I had a flight same day back to Dubai, I would have missed the bottles.
Wasn't a good experience post check out follow ups.
