Excellent stay and top notch service

The dining area staff were all very helpful. Room was good but could be better as some of their furniture are a bit old and needs changing.

Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also got us an early check in which was really nice considering we came after a long intercontinental flight.

Amazing experience as always. The staff were so humble and professional and made our stay as comfortable as home. The hotel is very clean and the variety they had in breakfast is so huge. The chef there came to see us and asked if we wanted anything that wasn't in the menu and made a point to get it for us.
We truly appreciated every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special.

My stay at Courtyard Marriott international airport Mumbai was simply filled with glimpse of Mumbai itself. From the phone call for travel assistance for pick up till the drop off was heartfelt.

Being a club membership holder of Marriot, I always try to choose Marriot as preference and that is what I did this time. 

Asif my first point of contact began when I was in the train heading to Mumbai which was awfully late. The fear of rain, I seeked the guidance of which station would be more convenient for us to get down and reach hotel. He generously assisted and within few minutes Prashant called me and set me with a chauffer, Parvez. Prashant made sure that my pick up was safe and Parvez addressed it quite wonderfully. He came all the way to the station platform and brought back the vehicle that was parked far due to construction. Driving with him was filled with lots of conversation. Great driving and lot of patience down to the earth. Distance didn't matter as time elapsed quickly.

Avdhoot, front office staff he gave a quick and easy check in process as I was quite exhausted with long haul journey. To my surprise I got an upgraded room which was amazing. When I came for a quick dinner, Himanshu served me with great dish of my choice. Aman and other servers had generous attitude. Out of nowhere Aman served me few sweet cakes but they were almost sugarless as if he knew I don't like much sugar. They were so good that I wanted to find the recipe of it.

Same night I met Sanskar (laundry) to take care of my clothes and as promised he got it delivered next day as early as possible. Dinesh (laundry) same gesture with fast paced work served my second set as well.

Praveen, whom I met at the gym is good care taker of his workout enthusiasts. We had a great conversation about workouts and the current fifa world Cup. I saw him he takes good care of his clients with complete guidance.

At breakfast, Jerusha served my food with patience and care. Her friendly gesture throughout the breakfast center with everyone was delightful.

I needed the extended stay, so Juhi assisted me with that and made sure everything was fully taken care with the notes in her system. I really appreciate her help in this matter. 

Prashant once again guided me as we finally met in person. He is quite a gem of a person at the front. Absolute Mumbaikar at heart and always smiling. Thank you, Prashant, from your pick up to drop off. Without you travel arrangements would be impossible. 

Chef Samiksha from the other restaurant served a nice dish and she holds a great knowledge about Awadhi food. Could easily point out that she is very passionate about being a chef. Regardless of tiring work she could go on how they are made the taste around it. Isha was the server and looks like the team carries the same energy throughout.

Check out process was fast as I wrapped up before leaving. Yash and Ashish made things easier, even though the system was bit finicky to print. Suresh in the morning helped me get in the car as soon I came down. He assisted all the way till the door closed. The chauffer in the end forgot his name in the early morning drive safely a d dropped at most convenient place.

The overall experience was filled with surprises of sweet gestures from everyone. Definitely a second visit will be soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport from 9th to 11th July, staying in Rooms 540 and 553. Both rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The biggest highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Akshay, Chef Vishnu, Shawn, Sadhana, Taraka, Rohit, and Rutuja for making our stay so special🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Breakfast was excellent every day, with a great variety of vegetarian and non veg dishes. We especially loved the dosa, idli with chutney, and Chef Akshay’s delicious avocado toast. Chef Vishnu’s Malai Chicken was also outstanding😋😋—one of the best dishes we had during our stay. Both Chef Akshay and Chef Vishnu personally come to the table to take the feedback and making us feel truly cared for.

A special mention to Sadhana, who became a dear friend to our three-year-old son, Zain. He looked for her every morning we are in Restaurant for Breakfast and her kindness and affection meant so much to us🥰🥰❤️

We were also touched by Rohit’s thoughtful gesture of decorating our Swami Samarth idol with fresh flowers while servicing our room. It brought a smile to our faces after a long day. Rutuja also kept our room beautifully arranged with great attention to detail.

Thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home. Your warmth and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai🫶🏼🫰🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I have had the privilege of staying at numerous Marriott properties across the globe. Over the years, I have enjoyed exceptional hospitality and fine dining, but I can honestly say that I have never tasted a soup as extraordinary as the Lemon Coriander Soup with Tender Chicken prepared by Chef Vishnu at Courtyard by Marriott, Andheri, Mumbai.

From the very first spoonful, it was evident that this was not just a soup—it was a masterpiece. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the chicken was incredibly tender, and the freshness of every ingredient shone through. The presentation was elegant, and every detail reflected Chef Vishnu’s passion, skill, and dedication. What made the experience even more special was the warmth and love with which it was served. His culinary artistry truly speaks for itself.

I genuinely feel that I could travel all the way from Dubai just to enjoy this soup again. It is that memorable and exceptional.

It was a very comfortable stay and the warm hospitality of the entire team of courtyard Marriott was exemplary. From the front-desk staff to the reception, room service, house-keeping service, and the security were very cordial and warm. The spread of menu for breakfast and dinner was wide, healthy and sumptous.

It was a memorable experience. My appreciations goes to the entire team.

I requested that my dry cleaning be hung at my door without ringing the doorbell, as it was 10 PM. Despite confirming this via their hotline, the driver rang the bell anyway.

I called back and spoke to a representative who identified himself as "Sheldon" (later confirmed by a female colleague). He asked for my details but the issue was not resolved. I called a second time, and my delivery was withheld rather than corrected. Only after a third call, where representative Harshada escalated the matter, was my order finally delivered, 5 minutes later.

While the items themselves were fine, the lack of attention to simple instructions, the use of obviously fake names, and the need for three follow up calls late at night was disappointing. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I would recommend double checking your delivery notes if you use this service after hours.
