Nice location just so so accommodations.
Pros:

Shower leaked water all over the floor. Not enough towels to help mop it up. The hair dryer didn't work, kink in the cord that made it stop working. Not helpfu

Shower leaked water all over the floor. No extra towels to wipe it up. The room was very hot, no thermostat to turn it down, the window didn't open very wide so it was uncomfortable. The hair dryer wouldn't work.

Pros:

Very friendly staff at the front desk especially Josefz. Wicked wok to a lot of things including bars, restaurants and shops. Good dinner at the restaurant inside. Are porch from the fifth floor that looked out over the square was absolutely amazing and stunning at sunset.

Good clean hotel, staff were very helpful and the location was superb for getting around Budapest

The room was fine, location was superb for getting around Budapest.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant area was being redeveloped, it finished just before I left and looked really good

Personalul nu a fost deloc ospitalier ,am întrebat dacă este parcarea gratuită,sa confirmat ca este când am ajuns iar când am plecat a apărut brusc de plată. Camerele nu au fost extrem de curate ,perdelele extrem de murdare ,iar curățenia din baie la fel lasă de dorit
