Pros:

Employees were friendly. Rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Three vehicle were broken into last night. The staff stated it happens often. Not very safe. Seems like that knowledge of their customers vehicles being vandalized would prompt higher security measures but no, it hasn’t.

Pros:

I like it was close to seaworld

Cons:

There wasn't enough towels or supplies they continued to run out. The light switch in the shower was broken. The shower was cold the first day after we told them someone came up, but we were instructed to run it for 30 minutes for it to get hot. It was dirty and the ac didn't get cold. Ran out of things during breakfast

The location was great. The restaurants around were great options. The staff was very kind.

Cons:

The restrooms were lacking in cleanliness. The shower stall floor has visible dirt and grime residue that simply needs to be scrubbed to remove. The trundle bed was great but we were told that no pillows were available. The flooring around the pool is disgustingly dirty. The bed mattress was like sleeping on a brick. It’s sad because the overall room was very nice.

Buena atencion pero poca calidad en la estadia.
Pros:

La atencion al cliente. Un señor de limpieza muy amable nos ayudó a mi familia y a mi a bajar nuestro equipaje por las escaleras ya que los ascensores no estaban funcionando.

Cons:

Ascensores fuera de servicio en la hora mas alta que era el desayuno un domingo. Los baños de la habitación el lavamanos estaba tapado cuando llegamos y no lo habían reparado. No conseguí utensilios en la mini cocina, platos desechables, cubiertos cosas asi.

Unacceptable I paid for a full functioning room and did not receive that.

Cons:

The shower was dirty. I was unable to shower the night we checked in. I had to leave the property in order to shower the next morning because we had reservations to be somewhere and was inconvenienced by the dirty shower.
Our refrigerator didn’t work either.

Perfect stay
Pros:

I love the location, and that there are many places close by. I also loved the beds, they were actually comfortable, and I also loved that they had the sink and shower in separate rooms.

Mold and the smell of mold...
Cons:

The room smelled like mold!! We explained to the staff ever day they came into the room agreed it did smell like mold. She explained she would look into the issue unfortunately nothing was done, even after expressing our concerns. The sink would not drain and there was mold growing all over the bathroom mirror.

They did keep breakfast filled, the waffle line gets crazy

Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned, there was a cup & crumbs under the night stand left from the previous person, towels were dirty. Bathrooms by the pool were dirty. Sofa bed sucked, was dirty.
