チェックインの際、フロントの男性スタッフが忙しかったためか、少し余裕のない様子が表情や対応に出ていた点が残念でした。チェックアウト時の対応は良かったので、最初の受付でも笑顔や丁寧な案内があれば、さらに印象が良くなると思います。

Cons:

宿泊者が利用できるラウンジのアルコール類を飲める営業時間が19時までと短く、18時半過ぎにチェックインしたため利用できなくて残念だった。

静岡の駅直結ホテルで寛ぎの滞在
Pros:

部屋をアップグレードしてもらえて非日常的な広い部屋で過ごすことができました。

Cons:

19時までラウンジでウエルカムドリンクでシャンパンなどを提供してます、という案内があったが、十分なグラスがなく、コーヒーカップで飲んだのは興醒めでした。サービス、だからこそ顧客満足をしっかり提供してもらえたら良かった。不十分なサービスなら提供しない方がいいのでは？
