My goto when travel to Shizuoka but pricing got a bit more expensive recently.
Pros:

Excellent location right next to JR station as well as the station shopping mall. Hotel atmosphere is cozy with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is full of local food as well as good choices of western breakfast.
