Excellent stay
Pros:

This hotel is excellent, staff are so polite and very obliging. We had a late flight out so they allowed us to check out at 3pm. It is also in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Perfection! Memoire d’Angkor Boutique Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was the perfect way to experience Siem Reap. A very special accommodation, and everything I needed was provided with thoughtful, caring, and attentive help. I arrived late on my first day and they treated me like family, exactly what one needs at the end of a long day. It is perfectly located for all local exploring, and I would recommend to everyone!

Pros:

Great hotel, many things were close by, nice swimming pool, and the staff was friendly and ready to help. The location was close by to many things within the city, and they have a nice restaurant attached to the hotel.
For what you get it was really cheap.

Comfortable and safe. Solo female traveller.
Pros:

The breakfast was yummy. The staff were great. The location was central and safe. Lovely reception area to exit for tours etc.

Cons:

Nothing all was good. I would stay there again for sure. It had a real old world feel from it. There is a supermarket next door. Lots of ATM’s nearby.

Quiet and comfy refuge in the heart of Siem Reap
Pros:

A former resident of Siem Reap, I was looking for a quiet and comfy refuge during a recent brief return visit. I found it at Memoire d'Angkor.

From the moment I was welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff I felt at home. Despite being centrally located on busy Sivatha Blvd., the hotel is remarkably quiet. My room with a king size bed was clean, very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast included with my reservation featured a nice buffet of fruit, cheese, pastries, and tea/coffee as well as a 6-item menu of ala carte egg and other dishes made to order.

As an avid swimmer, I also appreciate and took advantage of the lovely pool daily. All of the above made total cost of my stay seem very reasonable for the area.

Returning to the staff, I was surprised and delighted when 4 of the front desk personnel knocked on my room door to present me with a personalized and yummy tiramisu birthday cake.

I look forward to return stays in the future.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and massage services. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the stay. We highly recommend this hotel and are looking forward to come back!

Excellent Hotel and Staff
Pros:

The hotel is in very good shape. The double bedroom was very nice and in very good condition.The shower has a wall so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet which is really convenient. The staff are wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with friendly polite staff who go out of their way to make you feel special. I loved that it’s within a short walk to the heart of Siem Reap and still a very quiet, peaceful and easy to relax in hotel - highly recommend this hotel to you
