Excellent Stay
Pros:

This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. As returning guests, we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, which was a very much appreciated gesture.
The room was spacious and comfortable The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly makes this hotel special is its outstanding staff – everyone is friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and massage places within easy walking distance. Angkor Supermarket is also nearby, making it very convenient for shopping and daily needs.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We will certainly be back again on our next visit.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Strategic logic, far from hectic place. But definitely walkable, straight road to pub street. Friendly staff who helped us few times. Theary, DY , Lisa, Monie. Rooms are fully equipped, clean and spacious. I had good night sleep without any noice from outside.

Excellent Stay!!!!
Pros:

The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also a large supermarket within walking distance, making it very convenient to grab anything you need.

The reception staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay (Theary, Dy, Lisa & Monie). Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth the price we paid, and we would happily stay here again!

The hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff, large clean rooms, perfect location being in the city and a supermarket next door. And the way the hotel looks, the paintings, furniture, it took my breath away. Also the hotel restaurant has excellent food

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Supertidy and wonderful staff! I had some problems with my air conditioning, but in 15 minutes I was mobed to another room, and upgraded. Location was great, and i enjoyed the breakfast. Liked the pool. Staff in front desk deserves 11/10!

Nao confiem na nota do booking / tripadvisor - se voce nao der nota maxima de avaliação, eles ficam importunando depois para alterar a ota da avaliação . Pratica comum no Vietnam / Camboja .

Excellent stay
Pros:

This hotel is excellent, staff are so polite and very obliging. We had a late flight out so they allowed us to check out at 3pm. It is also in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Perfection! Memoire d’Angkor Boutique Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was the perfect way to experience Siem Reap. A very special accommodation, and everything I needed was provided with thoughtful, caring, and attentive help. I arrived late on my first day and they treated me like family, exactly what one needs at the end of a long day. It is perfectly located for all local exploring, and I would recommend to everyone!

Great hotel, many things were close by, nice swimming pool, and the staff was friendly and ready to help. The location was close by to many things within the city, and they have a nice restaurant attached to the hotel.

Comfortable and safe. Solo female traveller.
Pros:

The breakfast was yummy. The staff were great. The location was central and safe. Lovely reception area to exit for tours etc.

Cons:

Nothing all was good. I would stay there again for sure. It had a real old world feel from it. There is a supermarket next door. Lots of ATM’s nearby.

Quiet and comfy refuge in the heart of Siem Reap
Pros:

A former resident of Siem Reap, I was looking for a quiet and comfy refuge during a recent brief return visit. I found it at Memoire d'Angkor.

From the moment I was welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff I felt at home. Despite being centrally located on busy Sivatha Blvd., the hotel is remarkably quiet. My room with a king size bed was clean, very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast included with my reservation featured a nice buffet of fruit, cheese, pastries, and tea/coffee as well as a 6-item menu of ala carte egg and other dishes made to order.

As an avid swimmer, I also appreciate and took advantage of the lovely pool daily. All of the above made total cost of my stay seem very reasonable for the area.

Returning to the staff, I was surprised and delighted when 4 of the front desk personnel knocked on my room door to present me with a personalized and yummy tiramisu birthday cake.

I look forward to return stays in the future.
