Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die wunderschöne Bettdekoration zu unserem Hochzeitstag und die tolle Geburtstagstorte! Wir haben uns über diese liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten riesig gefreut. Das Essen war ebenfalls solide und in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Ein großes Lob an die Belegschaft: Hier wird Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft großgeschrieben!

Cons:

Der Poolbereich, der leider nicht sehr einladend wirkte. Zudem sollten die Angaben auf Booking.com dringend aktualisiert werden: Kostenlose Wäscheservice und Massagen werden dort fälschlicherweise aufgeführt, existieren vor Ort jedoch gar nicht. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Don’t trust the reviews- will do in a bind but would not recommend.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and pool was a decent size. Location is easy to walk to many places.

Cons:

It’s very run down in the rooms and shared spaces. It would have been a lovely hotel at some point but sadly no renovations or improvements have taken place. The bathrooms are water damaged (see picture), the bedroom itself is tired, needs painting and the bed is really uncomfortable- it’s a small bit of foam over a mattress that should have been thrown out years ago as it is hard and the springs are solid and uncomfortable. The swing in the room was dirty on the cover and there is no light in the room on a sunny day even if both windows are open due to the massive building next door. Deck chairs are damaged, the wood by the pool is lifting in places and there is nothing in the hotel to discourage mosquitoes like in many others. The pool is also used as a thoroughfare for staff at the restaurant and hotel (a lot of staff) so is not a peaceful relaxing place. I know the price is reasonable but we actually switched to this hotel from another because of the excellent reviews- but I really cannot understand why the reviews are so good, I can only assume the bad ones were asked to take down.

客室清掃の方が、使い切った消耗品をすぐに補充してくれて、予備もくれて親切だった。
朝食のアラカルトメニューが、おいしかった。

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Staff in this hotel are so attentive and helpful. The pool was wonderful for the children. Lovely breakfast every morning. Great location a short walk from the river and a very short tuktuk from the centre.

Hotel with great staff and convenient location

One of the best hotel we have been. Excellent service staff. The room is spacious and clean. Very good location with supermarkets, restaurants and spa! We got very good values for tte room rates! I will recommend this hotel highly for anyone! 👍

Good experience at this boutique hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect, almost right in the city center and with lots of good restaurants and cafes around. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is good with a little buffet and also some options to choose from the menu. They also got a nice and spacious swimming pool area, with a big pool.
The service exceeded our expectations thanks above all to the staff.

Tutto perfetto, camera grande ed accogliente, bagno con doccia, personale sempre gentile e sorridente, colazione varia sia dolce che salato. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi o in tuk tuk dalla zona della movida ma in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo usufruito sia della piscina che del servizio massaggio, molto apprezzato dopo una giornata a visitare la bellissima Angkor Wat.

Solo come miglioramento metterei dei porta asciugamani e della luci/lampadine più potenti in bagno

I had an amazing time staying at Memoire d'Angkor Boutique Hotel while I was on a group tour with Holiday Max.
Staff are very friendly, supportive and most importantly very respectful.
The service is at highest level. They are very flexible in accommodating to your needs. We had to wait until 3pm until the driver comes and pick up to the airport but normally the checkout time is 12pm. But they gave us extra 2 hours to stay in the room.
Food is great. The rooms are very spacious with modern facilities. You have everything you need. I highly recommend this place to stay while you are visiting amazing places in Siem Reap.
