It was fantastic to be able to stay at Roomzzz again! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, so calm and quiet, and once again an amazing night sleep. The location was perfect for all the attractions we visited on our mini break and it’s always wonderful to have access to the free coffee machine facilities! Finally was so lovely to be looked after by such kind and friendly staff particularly Rajae and her warm smile.
Large two level room bath shower and kitchenette.
Friendly welcome, great location , just at the edge of China town, air conditioning , a really comfortable bed and a good view.
It was good but the sofa was a bit small for the space , could of done with a bigger one.

My partner left her bag in the room and got her credit card stolen and used around manchester!
Very nice hotel with lovely and spacious roomzzz! :) Mikolaj was working at the reception when I visited and he was very kind and helpful to me! Overall a great experience and one of my favourite stays at a hotel! :)
The hotel was in an excellent location, near to the train station, the venue for a concert we attended and the art gallery and town centre
The lift didn't work and we were on the 5th floor!
The windows didn't open and there were blinds over the windows in the roof which couldn't be opened
The decor and decoration was shabby

Leaking/dripping shower wasted water and couldn’t be turned off. Also a leak in the sink pipe.
Room very spacious
Shower temperature regulator didn't work so had a cold shower also shower curtain rail was broken.
No wifi, no lift, broken blinds that let in all the light. Boiling hot. Light switches in weirdest places. Taps that splash all over. Terrible shower. Drawers that don’t open. So many better places in Manchester - don’t waste your money.
We were given a room we specifically said we didn't want. The artic with a kitchen upstairs. We were on the 5th floor. Lift was not functional. Overall horrible experience.
Good location, good sized room
The lift was OOO but we were informed before our stay
staff were lovely- lady on reception when I arrived at night and also the lady on reception in the morning were both great and so kind! the lift was broken but they were great in letting me use the service lift. great value for money. very handy having second bathroom upstairs instead of having to go down that curling staircase in the middle of the night!
Staying here is always nice, staff are very accommodating, especially Rajae. She always is interested about our day.
Location is very central, easy to walk everywhere. Clean and mostly quiet unless other guests are rowdy.

Location and size of rooms
The lift not working and it hasn’t been for 6 months!!!
When I popped in to drop off my bag the lovely and very helpful Dania advised that my room was actually ready and that I could check in. This enabled me to have prep for my days meetings in more comfort and privacy. Highly recommended
