Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, luxury, complimentary sparkling wine in lounge
Pros:

Very comfortable luxury hotel in fantastic location for everything. Probably the best location of any hotel in Lisbon.

Cons:

Roof-top restaurant menu was a bit limited and expensive, but it was good nevertheless.

Super Lage für Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Reception alle sehr freundlich. Zimmer schön für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dunkel. Lage sehr zentral. In der Rooftop Bar Service nicht sehr effizient, hatte nicht viele Gäste und trotzdem dauerte es ewig, sodass wir ohne Konsumation gingen.

An excellent way to relax after the Camino.
Pros:

I love the staff, who ate very kind and helpful. I also love the location, which is very close to the old town and port as well as high end shopping.

Cons:

There is nothing I don’t like. There was one night that the roof top bar service was slow but other than that it was perfect.

מלון ברמת 5 כוכבים ומצדיק את הדירוג.צוות המלון אדיב ושרותי.שודרגתי לחדר עם חזית ונוף יפה יותר ללא שביקשתי.קיבלתי שובר לקוקטייל חינם בבר של המלון.ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת בקומה 7 וגבוהה עם נוף לעיר ומרפסת גדולה פתוחה.חדר המלון מעוצב ברמה גבוהה והמיני בר באמת מקרר.המלון נמצא במרכז העיר וצופה על כיכר רוסיו המפורסמת.הצוות איפשר לי צ'ק אאוט מאוחר של עוד שעתיים ללא תוספת תשלום.

Cons:

בגלל שבאותו טיול התארחתי בעוד 2 מלונות אחרים בעלי 4 כוכבים אני יכול להגיד שציפיתי לארוחת בוקר ברמה גבוהה יותר.

This is a lovely hotel with rooftop restaurant.
Pros:

Rooftop restaurant/bar has incredible sunsets. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Reception arranged for our airport transportation at a very early hour. UBER drivers were always available at this location. Many restaurants are close to hotel.

Rooms were small.

A big shout out to Alfonzo on the front desk. He was so kind and thoughtful in helping me find exactly what I was searching for on my daily explorations of Lisbon. Also one morning I had to leave early for a tour. The hotel delivered an unbelievable breakfast box as the breakfast area was not open prior to my departure. Excellent staff!!
