L’emplacement central idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. La literie de très bonne qualité. De bons équipements. La gentillesse du personnel très attentionné. Le roof top et la qualité des plats proposés.

The room needs some updates. It is pretty small. The bathroom is tiny. They have bathtub and bidet but they are very difficult to use due to a small space. So I think it is nice to list it on the site but it is impossible to use. The breakfast was good. The location is good. They have a restaurant but you need to book it in advance so don't plan on using it. The most important part for me is customer accommodation. Sometimes it is better to loose some money to be able to get more. We stay for 5 days and paid for breakfast in advance but the first day we came we did not use breakfast so I requested refund from the hotel. I was told that I need to contact Expedia for this matter because I booked the hotel through them which I did and again I was told that Expedia contacted hotel and hotel refused to return my money. It is not a big loss for me but I think it is not appropriate to charge for something which we did not use. And they charge us city taxes even on Expedia site you can find information that all taxes included. So you can decide where to stay and I need to be more careful.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Rooms are beautiful - with lovely views.
Always lovely personal touches - like port and Portuguese custard tarts left in the room.
Eva, on reception , was exceptional.

Hotel location is excellent, close to Lisbon' 5th avenue for designer shopping and a 10 minute walk to old town.
The hotel restaurant and bar on the 7th floor is the perfect retreat after a long day sightseeing. The service is outstanding, the young lady who manages reservations for the restaurant is excellent, absolute credit to the hotel. All the staff are excellent from the front desk to the breakfast team as well as the bar and waiting staff on the 7th floor. One of the most enjoyable stays we have had. If booking a room ask for a balcony room, we stayed in 207, facing Lisbon's fifth avenue. Perfect stay!

Personal zumeist freundlich. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend beim Frühstück, beste Mitarbeiter. Rooftop Bar Personal je nachdem wer eingeteilt ist. Die ersten beiden Abende sehr freundlich, der letzte Abend Personal chaotisch, Bestellung und Rechnung musste mehrfach angefordert werden.

Ausreichend Handtücher, 2 mal täglich Housekeeping, täglich kostenlose Flasche Wasser ins Zimmer, Voucher für Welcome Drink an der Rooftop Bar, tolle Aussieht Wein und traditionelles Gebäck als Willkommensgruß, täglicher Bettwäsche Wechsel, Kopfkissen sehr bequem, Reinigung des Zimmers schnell und gründlich.

WC-Papier hat parfümierten, angenehmen Geruch. Kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade und Late check out, Hotel reagiert freundlich bei Anfragen und ist sehr flexibel. Anfrage vor Anreise für Zimmer mit Walk in Shower war bei Ankunft bereits berücksichtigt. 2 Zimmer perfekt nebeneinander, Hotel ist Haustierfreundlich.

Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.
