Price for room, some hot breakfast items could’ve been better
The hotel staff, but especially Paola, went out of their way to ensure we were looked after.
We loved the views and location. It was right in the heart of everything to go to restaurants etc and the most beautiful views. It had its own beach area. There was also a pool and solarium so plenty of places to sunbathe.
Didn’t realise it was pedestrian only access but luckily that wasn’t an issue for us. A little old fashioned, could do with a refurb.

It is a bit more on the expensive side but it is also on the more luxurious side
Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, que tengan acceso directo a una playa muy tranquila y que presten hamacas, sombrilla, toallas incluso regalan un bolso de playa. Y el desayuno buffet espectacular. También nos gustó la piscina infinity y el jacuzzi con vistas al mar. Y te dejan usar las instalaciones después del checkout.
El ruido de las máquinas exteriores que las teníamos justo arriba y por la noche se escuchaban un poco porque nos tocó una habitación en la última planta. El parking es un poco lío para entrar y salir porque hay que acceder a través de otro parking, pero al menos te dan la posibilidad de aparcar muy cerca del hotel, que en verano está muy difícil.
Perfect Location. Staff are exceptional and all so friendly. Great selection for Breakfast & Lunch. We didn’t have dinner so cannot comment on it.

Necessita de obras de melhoria. No quarto todos os dias sentíamos um cheiro que calculo que se deva à falta de manutenção dos ar condicionados ou cheiro de mobiliários mais antigo.

De kamer want alles was heel oud! Airco maakte veel geluid en kast ging haast niet open en ja we hadden een balkon maar die was 50 cm diep en we hadden wel iets meer verwacht. Badkraan en wc functioneerde ook niet goed.

Staff are not accommodating with late checkout by 1 hour....stayed here April, June and Septeber this year and each time we had to wait over an hour to check in after 3pm. Asked for 1 hour late check out and was refused. Also queuing for sunbeds is stressful and fighting among guests holding sunbeds. Gym could do with longer opening hours....suggest 7am to 9pm....so guests can go before breakfast and not rush
