We were only there for one night and chose it as the price was much lower than hotels in Edinburgh.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Bus stop was right outside which made for easy transport to downtown Edinburgh.

Cons:

We didn’t try the restaurant but it didn’t look very inviting so we decided to eat elsewhere.

Reasonable priced and comfy stop with good transport links.
Pros:

Very handy to the airport with an Airlink bus stop very nearby. No. 1 bus goes into city centre from just across road, passing Tynecastle Park on the way. Very roomy accomodation with a tasty breakfast. Reasonably priced by Edinburgh standards. Convenient food outlets in the area.

Cons:

Busy road at the front of the hotel which gets busy pretty early and generates a bit of noise. Minor grumble and didn't bother me too much.

Pros:

Perfect for one night
Pros:

Perfect place for access to city and airport.
Pros:

We loved the room because it had so much character compared to the clinical cubes of the chain hotels. It had a real feel of Edinburgh. The person on duty at night was very pleasant and helpful. Despite being beside a main road it was very quiet and access to and from the airport was very quick and easy.

Found the hotel a little on expensive side considering room was very basic & in need of modernisation.
Pros:

Property location is perfect. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Hotel Was very noisy from 3 am onwards with people coming & going. Windows could do with being replaced especially bathroom one which was rotten.
