De ligging, lekker restaurant , heerlijk diner & ontbijt!
gratis parkeren in de straat

Cons:

Over het algemeen niet proper, wat verwaarloosd, tot vorig jaar kwam ik met een wow factor, dit jaar ontgoochelde het geheel mij, groot terras & tuin lagen er verwaarloosd bij.(andere jaren voelde ik mee op vakantie in het Zuiden)
De kamer van de nieuwe units waren niet proper schoongemaakt, roken muf, op de stoelen van terrasje konden we niet zitten(vol met vogelpoep), de gangen naar de units hadden een slordige indruk(mochten zeker eens geveegd worden)

Prijs te hoog / kwaliteit (vooral de hygiene)

Prima locatie net buiten Leuven.
Pros:

Prima ligging net buiten Leuven. Blue Bike op loopafstand te huren zodat je op fiets de Abdijenroute kunt doen of naar de stad kunt fietsen. Bushalte voor de deur.
Het ontbijt was prima evenals de parkeermogelijkheden. €10 overdekt of gratis aan de straat parkeren.

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer buiten het oude gebouw. Hier waren een aantal prima units neergezet maar deze waren niet heel erg goed schoongemaakt.

Het ontbijt was lekker, de kamer was proper en goed uitgerust, maar de het bed was zeer oncomfortabel. Dat kan natuurlijk persoonlijke voorkeur zijn.

We zouden niet meer voor de suite gaan voor 1 nacht

De hygiëne. En de locatie.

Cons:

Er waren verschillende suites maar we hadden de minst mooie. Voor die prijs had ik ook wel koffie verwacht op de kamer en een frigo. Er stonden 2 flesjes water en met dat warm weer stond het lauw.

Lekker ontbijt! Lekker eten in het hotel! Vriendelijke bediening!
Leuke, mooie locatie

Cons:

De kamer was niet proper. Plukken vies haar dwarrelende rond, de vloer was precies nog nooit deftig gedweild.... ook in de ontbijtruimte en het restaurant mocht gerust eens het stof en de dode vliegen weggenomen worden.

We hadden mede door het mooie weer een prima verblijf

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. De badkamer was ruim en goed ingericht. De locatie was prima. Het was de dagen dat wij er waren ontzettend warm, maar we hadden een goed regelbare airco.

Balade le long de la riviere, traversée du beguinage et découverte du centre ville : Parfait

Emplacement dans un cadre très chouette !
Idéal pour visiter Louvain à pied.
Super petit déjeuner.
C'est pour ces raisons que nous y sommes revenus une seconde fois.
