Voortreffelijk.
Pros:

Een hotel, waar de baliemedewerkster naar de gast kijkt i.p.v. een scherm: plusje!
Een smaakvol ingericht hotel. Compliment voor de "knusse" hal (en dat bij die grootte): plusje!
Een heerlijke, ruime, schone kamer: plusje!
Wij kwamen al enkele keren eerder: al die plusjes zorgen voor weerkerende gasten!
Een voortreffelijk ontbijt: weer een plusje!

Cons:

Niets: dik tevreden.
Het zou wel prettig/handig zijn om gasten te wijzen op de mogelijkheid om fietsen intern te stallen.

Pros:

Large hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. This time I visited Leeuwarden with my family using two cars. The hotel has a large parking lot. Nearby the hotel are the large Jumbo Market and McDonald's. The hotel's location is very convenient. Breakfast was delicious.

Fijn verblijf in en rond Leeuwarden.
Pros:

Ruime kamers. Goede bedden. Heel ruim en lekker ontbijt. Fietsenstalling in hotel. Hotel aan de rand van Leeuwarden maar minder dan 10min fietsen naar centrum. Gratis parking vlak naast hotel. Mooie streek om te fietsen, ook in en rond Leeuwarden. Veerboot in Holwerd om naar het Waddeneiland Ameland te gaan is klein half uurtje met auto. Ameland is daguitstap waard en fijn om te fietsen daar. Harlingen ook top om te zien en niet ver weg.

Cons:

Beetje donkere en vochtige (niet voldoende verluchting/afvoer) badkamer. Douche is wat zuinig met waterstraal/kracht. 20 euro pp voor het ontbijt is mss net iets te duur om dagelijks te nemen, vooral voor kleine eters.

Our hotel of choice when in Leeuwarden!
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel several times despite it having a few little "flaws". Positive is the the free parking, the spacious, comfortable rooms and the fantastic bar and restaurant "Eleve". The staff is always very friendly and helpful and my husband received a little "surprise" at breakfast on his birthday. That you again for that. There are bicycles you can rent to go into the city centre, but it is also walkable.
What has always "bothered" me is having the toilet separate without having a little wash basin in it. The bathroom with its glass sink is beautiful to look at but the tap is so short that you can hardly get your hands under it. A few more plugs would be nice and a mini bar too so you could have a drink without going up to the bar.
