مكان جميل، لكن مستوى الخدمة لا يعكس جودة الفندق وتراجع بشكل ملحوظ مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة

المكان جميل من ناحية الاجواء ...

Cons:

للأسف مستوى الخدمة لم يعد كما كان سابقاً. آخر تجربة جيدة لي كانت قبل حوالي سنتين، أما جميع الزيارات والحجوزات التي تلتها فلم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. من غير المقبول أن يضطر النزيل للذهاب إلى الاستقبال لاستلام احتياجاته بدلاً من توصيلها للغرفة. كما طلبت ثلجاً من خارج الفندق، وعند وصوله تم تركه في الاستقبال حتى ذاب بالكامل. كذلك لا يوفر الفندق صندوق الثلج المجاني المتوفر في معظم الفنادق، وإنما يتم بيع كميات محدودة من الثلج من المطعم مقابل رسوم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان الفريزر ضعيف التبريد، والاستشوار لا يعمل، ووجبة الإفطار كانت دون المستوى. أما مطعم Backyard والبيتزا فكانت تجربتي معهما مخيبة للآمال. جمال المكان وحده لا يكفي عندما تكون الخدمات الأساسية بهذا المستوى لن أكرر الحجز مرة أخرى خاصة أن من كانوا برفقتي يشاركونني نفس الرأي والانطباع عن مستوى الخدمة

عندهم بس مسبحين أطفال و ثاني و حيل عاديين باجي المسابح ممنوع ندخلها إلا إذا مشتركين بالنادي و البيئه حيل سيئه و ماتنفع حق عوايل اللبس خادش مو بس بالمسابح و الأجواء تفشل و الكيدز كلاب تعاملهم حيل خايس و فعاليات بس منظر ما يسوون ولا شي و في أشياء و فوق هذا تدفعون فلوس علشان عيالكم يلعبون الغرف حلوه بس باجي الاشياء لا و فوق هذا الغاليه يأخذون منكم فلوس حتى لو انتوا ساكنين بالفندق

Good atmosphere and great location
Pros:

Our overall stay was good, featuring a great location and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff members were polite and attentive, which made for a very pleasant experience throughout the resort.

Cons:

the parking situation was a major downside. The resort charges staying residents for valet parking, which is very strange as most hotels provide this as a complimentary service. While they do offer a regular guest parking lot, it was always completely full with no open spots. This forced us to pay for valet multiple times a day just to park our car, which was incredibly frustrating for paying hotel guests

المكان البحر المسابح اللي مو مسموح لنا السباحه فيها!!!!!!

المسابح المعروضه بشكل جميل بالصوره المعلنة عن الفندق ليست للنزلاء وغير مسموح لنا السباحه فيها! فقط لاعضاء النادي فكيف نحجز في الفندق ولا يسمح لنا باستخدام كافة خدماته! نادي الاطفال لم يسمح للاطفال بالدخول. خصم المطاعم والخدمات المذكور بالحجز15٪؜ لم يطبق وكان من الممكن ان نوفر الكثير وهذا من حقنا على الفندق فهم من ذكرو الخصم بالحجز! تجربه سيئه لا اكررها الا بشروط تتم عند الحجز تلزم الفندق بتقديم كافة الخدمات المدعى تقديمها!
