Der motivierte Vermieter hat uns schon bei der Wohnungsübergabe auf die Budapester Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie auch die guten ÖV-Verbindungen aufmerksam gemacht, herzlichen Dank, das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen. Die Wohnung liegt besonnt über den Wipfel des bewaldeten Innenhofes, das Quartier hat ungarisches Flair, mit Restaurants, Bar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit ÖV gut an die Stadt angeschlossen und dennoch wenig Touristik. Wir sind begeistert!

Sve je bilo super. Od lokacije, menadžera objekta do sadržaja i blizine grada.
Imali smo direktan prevoz do svih značajnih delova grada, ali smo svuda išli pešaka. U okolini je šoping mol, prodavnica, prodavnica koja radi 24h, park,.

Apartman gleda na dvorište pa smo imali mir sve vreme, Ulica je prelepa i sve je prelepo :)

Curățenia, locație. Recomand cu incredere ! Revin negreșit aici ! Gazda de nota 100!!!

Per la colazione avevamo a dieci minuti circa Starbucks dove abbiamo fatto delle belle colazioni e comprato i panini per il pranzo. Il titolare è una persona gentilissima. Reperibile per qualsiasi problema. Noi abbiamo avuto un disguido con Wizz Air che ci ha anticipato di parecchio, a pochi giorni prima della partenza, i biglietti alle 6 di mattina e spostato il ritorno alle 22,30 di sera creando dei problemi per il Check-in e Check-out. Il titolare Chris ci ha permesso di anticipare alle 9,00 di mattina il Check-in dandoci la possibilità di riprenderci dal viaggio e partire subito per esplorare la città e anche l'ultimo giorno ci ha permesso di restare nell'appartamento fino al pomeriggio inoltrato, potendoci dare la possibilità di visitare la città, ritornare dopo pranzo nell'appartamento e con calma chiamare un taxi per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Praticamente grazie alla sua gentilezza ho guadagnato un giorno facendo tutto con calma ed avendo un appartamento da sfruttare fino alla fine. Passando all'appartamento, è molto comodo l'ascensore presente nel palazzo, l'appartamento è perfetto, pulito, spazioso (un bell'appartamento). Cucina perfettamente funzionante con tutto quello che serve con un comodo tavolino per mangiare. Appartamento ben collegato con i mezzi. In trenta minuti si arrivava ovunque e i mezzi passano velocemente. Noi siamo stati 5 giorni e con l'applicazione Budapest Go abbiamo acquistato i biglietti per tutta la famiglia da 72 e 24 ore e sfruttato spesso i mezzi per gli spostamenti. Applicazione semplice e molto comoda da usare.

Wir wurden vom Appartment Manager Christian persönlich erwartet. Sehr netter Empfang und sehr sympathischer Typ. Er nahm sich alle Zeit der Welt uns die Ausstattung des Appartments zu erklären. Das Appartment liegt zur Rückseite zum Garten hin und war sehr ruhig! Danach hatte er auch einen Stadtplan vorbereitet, anhand dessen er uns alles Wichtige und Sehenswerte erklärte und anzeichnete, was wir während unserer 5 Tage alles sehen und erleben sollten. Einfach perfekt! Die Lage der Unterkunft im XI. Bezirk in Buda war auch perfekt. 5 Minuten zur Tram 19 und 49 am Kostolany Platz und 10 Minuten zur Metro M4. Von dort aus konnte man beide Seite der Stadt sehr gut erkunden. Die Schlüssel abzugeben war wieder persönlich mit Christian, der 2 Minuten nach meiner WhatsApp-Nachricht da war und es folgte eine sehr herzliche Verabschiedung.

Very clean and spacious apartment, with a beautiful balcony and view overlooking the back garden. The location is amazing and it's a quiet area — I would definitely recommend it.

Ubytovanie pekné a čisté. Najviac nám vyhovovala poloha a možnosť parkovania. Ubytovateľ bol veľmi milý a ochotne nám všetko vysvetlil ohľadom možnosti presunov v meste a odporučil nám pamiatky, a atrakcie, ktoré stojí za to vidieť.

Amazing hosts, truly went above and beyond to be welcoming, helpful and flexible.

The space is spacious, well equipped, super clean.

The location is fabulous, it's halfway between Kosztolanyi Dezso ter (over a dozen buses) and the Ujbuda-Kozpont metro station / alee / Fehérvári Street Market.

Freundlicher Gastgeber, gab uns viele Tipps, Lage: alles war Fußläufig zur Straßenbahn / Metro (ca. 500 m), Apartment war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen (keine Partyzone) alles im ganzen ein Toller Aufenthalt, sofort wieder

Appartamento in un'ottima posizione a pochi passi dalle varie fermate. Zona fornita di supermercati ( Despar, un panificio e un po' più lontano Lidl). Il proprietario Chris è una persona disponibilissima e cordiale, offre tutte le info utili sulla città di Budapest.Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Csendes környék, jól felszerelt, kényelmes szállás. Nagyon segítőkész szállásadó sok tanáccsal (pl. étterem tippek), tömegközlekedésileg kedvező helyen.

Budapest is my favourite city, I often go there and always rent another studio. This apartment is very large with two big rooms, on the 2nd floor (there is a lift), in a very quiet street. Although it is on the Buda side, there are many bus & trams lines passing very near and going quickly to the city center (Deak Ferenc ter) and everywhere (I recommend to buy a 24 or 72h bus ticket). Also two big shopping centers, several smaller SPAR shops, little restaurants and a beautiful park for jogging in the vicinity. Chris, the host, is a charming, very kind and helpful person. I hope to come back one day.

Everything as expected! Old-school apartment with all you need. 2 separate bedrooms, toilet separate from bathroom - so if you are traveling in bigger numbers - the master bedroom has a nice sofa to relax. The best treatment ever! Very nice host, easy to get to the key. Parking available for extra charge. Tram and metro stop to the city center is 7min walking. All was perfect - would stay again for sure!
