Very clean and spacious apartment, with a beautiful balcony and view overlooking the back garden. The location is amazing and it's a quiet area — I would definitely recommend it.

Ubytovanie pekné a čisté. Najviac nám vyhovovala poloha a možnosť parkovania. Ubytovateľ bol veľmi milý a ochotne nám všetko vysvetlil ohľadom možnosti presunov v meste a odporučil nám pamiatky, a atrakcie, ktoré stojí za to vidieť.

The space is spacious, well equipped, super clean.

The location is fabulous, it's halfway between Kosztolanyi Dezso ter (over a dozen buses) and the Ujbuda-Kozpont metro station / alee / Fehérvári Street Market.

Appartamento in un'ottima posizione a pochi passi dalle varie fermate. Zona fornita di supermercati ( Despar, un panificio e un po' più lontano Lidl). Il proprietario Chris è una persona disponibilissima e cordiale, offre tutte le info utili sulla città di Budapest.Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Csendes környék, jól felszerelt, kényelmes szállás. Nagyon segítőkész szállásadó sok tanáccsal (pl. étterem tippek), tömegközlekedésileg kedvező helyen.

Budapest is my favourite city, I often go there and always rent another studio. This apartment is very large with two big rooms, on the 2nd floor (there is a lift), in a very quiet street. Although it is on the Buda side, there are many bus & trams lines passing very near and going quickly to the city center (Deak Ferenc ter) and everywhere (I recommend to buy a 24 or 72h bus ticket). Also two big shopping centers, several smaller SPAR shops, little restaurants and a beautiful park for jogging in the vicinity. Chris, the host, is a charming, very kind and helpful person. I hope to come back one day.

Everything as expected! Old-school apartment with all you need. 2 separate bedrooms, toilet separate from bathroom - so if you are traveling in bigger numbers - the master bedroom has a nice sofa to relax. The best treatment ever! Very nice host, easy to get to the key. Parking available for extra charge. Tram and metro stop to the city center is 7min walking. All was perfect - would stay again for sure!

We spent several wonderful and relaxing days in the apartment. Chris was waiting us in front of the building to give us the keys and to help us park the car, because the entrance to the parking place is a bit narrow. He was very helpful with summarized information about the main attractions in Budapest and offered us his help in case we need anything additional. There is a tram and a metro station close to the apartment and you can reach easily the places that you want to visit. Public transport in Budapest is very well organized.

The apartment was above expectations, very clean and spacious, equipped with everything we needed, quiet and close to public transportation. Very good value. The host, Chris, is awesome, super helpful and always ready to help while not intrusive. I would stay here again without hesitation.

It is cozy and clean. Easy communication with the staff on duty and easy to reach clean sheets and towels. Close to bazaar market. Close to public transport.

The Apartment is easy to find and situated in a very convenient area of Budapest away from all of the City bustle. It’s very close to the Tram and Metro Stations, we used mainly the Tram 49 or the Tram 19, which bring you to the City Centre in less than 5 Minutes. We absolutely amazed about the frequency of the City Transport System with trams arriving every 5 minutes, which we have never seen in any other city.

On arrival Chris not only guided us into the very safe inner courtyard parking via a small tunnel but he also then helped us which our luggage and also provided us with a map of all Budapest, including an insight in what to see and how to get there and which trams or Metro lines to use. The information was very helpful, so once again a big thanks to Chris!

You can really reach everything in the City so easily from the apartment, also there is a small shop 50 meters away and another next to the Tram Station, also there is a small bakery.

The Apartment was on the second floor and easy to access via the lift. The apartment was very nice and cosy and had everything which you need, including a full Kitchen with all facilities which you need. There is a big peaceful Balcony which looks towards to the inner Courtyard, so very nice and convenient.

The bed and the pillows were cosy and comfortable, which is always very important.
