Not too good due to noise.
Pros:

Location was okay. No breakfast.

Cons:

Lots of noise in room above. At first, I thought workers were working but it went into the evening. I asked the front desk to check. No help.

Pros:

Staff in all areas were extremely polite and helpful.

Cons:

Website said breakfast was included but it was not clear that you had to pay high room rates to get it. This did get told until after we ate
