Pros:

1. Ottima posizione.
L'albergo è infatti situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata Cairoli (linea rossa della metro). Inoltre, a piedi si può facilmente raggiungere il Castello Sforzesco e Piazza Duomo.
2. Pulizia ottima, sia della stanza, sia della struttura.
3. Staff estremamente disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronto ad aiutare.
4. Il wifi funziona benissimo.
5. La stanza (#104, singola) è più che spaziosa, con una scrivania come postazione da lavoro ed una doccia ampia. Il bagno è finestrato.
6. L'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente.
7. Presso la reception, è disponibile un erogatore di acqua che può essere utilizzato gratuitamente (sono disponibili bicchieri e borracce).
8. Caffè e cappuccino sono ottimi.
9. La cassaforte disponibile in camera è abbastanza grande (può infatti contenere un notebook di medie dimensioni).

In sintesi, per i motivi elencati sopra, sarei ben felice di tornare in questo albergo.

Cons:

1. Il principale punto debole è che la colazione viene servita a partire dalle 7:00, che è troppo tardi sia per chi ha impegni di lavoro al mattino presto sia per chi voglia iniziare la visita della città al mattino. Bisogna però dire che nelle due occasioni in cui ne ho avuto bisogno, lo staff ha fatto in modo che io potessi almeno fare una colazione "light" (caffè e croissant) già alle 6:00.
2. Un altro piccolo limite è che la colazione è principalmente dolce, con un'unica opzione calda salata (frittata preparata sul momento). Sarebbe opportuno introdurre qualche altro elemento, considerando anche prodotti freschi e locali.
3. In camera non è presente né il bollitore né la macchinetta del caffè. Se fossero disponibili, si potrebbe in parte ovviare al problema della colazione segnalato sopra.
4. In camera è disponibile solo un appendiabiti aperto, cioè non c'è un armadio chiuso. Soprattutto per chi viaggia per lavoro, potrebbe essere opportuno introdurre almeno qualche ripiano/cassetto chiuso.

In sintesi, nonostante ci siano alcuni aspetti che secondo potrebbero essere migliorati, sarei ben felice di tornare in questo albergo.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse; trotzdem sehr zentrale Lage, genau in der Mitte zwischen den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten; Zimmer sauber; Regendusche.

Cons:

Matratze war etwas hart und zu klein; Toilettensitz schon etwas vergilbt; hellhöriges Haus.
