Great stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful three-day stay as a family of three at Genius Hotel Downtown in Milan. We stayed in Milan due to the Olympics, and the hotel’s location was perfect—very central, within walking distance to everywhere, and also very convenient for metro and airport transportation.

The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was spacious and at the level of a five-star hotel in terms of hygiene. The sofa bed, where our 22-year-old daughter slept, was extremely comfortable. The hotel was quiet and very safe.

The breakfast was amazing—we would like to thank the very kind staff for the delicious croissants and all the wonderful food. There was always someone at the reception, and they were all very attentive. One morning, since our daughter wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t come down for breakfast, they kindly sent a lovely tea service to our room as a thoughtful gesture.

Special thanks to Christian and the other staff at reception. If we come to Milan again, this will definitely be our address.
