Páčila sa mi izba,vybavenie,reštaurácia a priestory.
Nepáčilo sa mi dlhé čakanie na večeru,klíma na izbe nefungovala,skôr púšťala teplý vzduch ako studený.a chladnička tiež išla slabo.
Jestem mega zaskoczony tym hotelem. Mam porównanie z innymi miejscami w Polsce i te 4 gwiazdki faktycznie widać na każdym kroku. Pokój ładny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony – jest sprawna klimatyzacja, lodówka, sejf, a nawet takie detale jak zestaw do szycia czy zapas kawy i papieru. Łazienka bez zarzutu. Design hotelu robi wrażenie, obsługa jest bardzo miła, a na dole działa świetna restauracja. Hotel po prostu spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania.
Jedynym małym minusem jest lokalizacja nieco daleko od centrum. Jako osoba, która była w Katowicach pierwszy raz, miałem na początku problem z połapaniem się w dojeździe i kawałek przeszedłem pieszo (dopiero pod koniec złapałem autobus). Poza tym drobnym logistycznym wyzwaniem – rewelacja.
Estábamos de paso y nos alojamos una noche, así que, el hotel fue más que correcto. Buena relación calidad precio.
Desayuno correcto con cocineras a disposición.
Pedimos una habitación de movilidad reducida. La ducha fue un poco incómoda ( y rápida) porque el agua llegaba a la habitación.
Aunque en la reserva figuraba parking gratis cuando llegamos no había ningún sitio libre, por suerte al final del día apareció un hueco delante de la entrada.
Привітний персонал, охайні зручні номери, смачна їжа в ресторані та різноманітні страви на сніданок.
Не працював механізм відкриття зливу у ванні та частково була забита душова лійка. А зрештою все добре.
