Das erste Mal nicht mehr zu Frieden.

Die Lage und die Zimmeraustattung...

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wohl nicht auf ein volles Haus ausgelegt... Was mich am meisten stört, daß sämtliche schriftliche Kommunikation nur noch in english durchgefüht wird und auch Aushänge und Hinweise teilweise nur in english sind. Ich verstehe zwar die internationale Ausrichtung, aber deutsche Kunden dürfen von einen Hotel in Deutschland, ruhig in ihrer Sprache kontaktiert werden.
Und das der Zimmerservice einen um 8.45 Uhr fast aus dem Bett holt, obwohl das Verlassen des Zimmers erst viel später vorgesehen ist, habe ich bei meinen zahlreichen internationalen Reisen, noch nicht erlebt.

A well run hotel close to the Frankfurt Airport
Pros:

Only one train station away from the airport and then about 500 metres away from the station. Reception staff excellent and room comfortable. I asked if they could store my suitcase for 6 hours after check out as I wanted to go into the city before flying out in the evening again. They were only to happy to do it.

Cons:

No coffee / tea station in the room. Nothing like sipping a tea in bed on waking up. There is a good restaurant and breakfast downstairs but that means getting showered and dressed first!
