I liked the location
So old and musty from the corridor to the room .Should Probably change their name to motel cause that’s what you get!
Customer care was negative had to carry my 3bags up the room myself! Direction to the room ?(well you’ll have to figure that out for yourself) left the premises immediately after seeing the room .
Requested a refund,2 weeks later no one is responding and zero communication from finance team since I left the hotel .!
The location was perfect for my event. The buffet was fair even though the chef drowned my pasta in salt.
The rooms need some deep cleaning. The carpet on the hallways were visibly dirty apart from age. The air freshener poured on it gave it a choking smell. There were parts of the bathroom, the edges that held dirts in them. The AC was dripping water… maybe rooms should be checked again before customers check in.
I didn't get breakfast after paying almost 500k for a night. A bad arrangement if you ask me.
Love the Spacious room plus the facility has Sauna on site so makes it really awesome. It's the first time i ever used Sauna in Nigeria so it actually makes it worth it : )
Nothing i could point at.
Odalarda yoğun bir koku vardı
Lot of humidity in rooms
Level of cleanliness
Good location.
The room smelled very musty 🤧 . After one night sleeping there I felt just very congested. I suspect there is mold in the rooms - not visible but just based on the smell and one cannot open windows. While I stayed there, the whole floor was also being painted - adding even more toxic fumes, while one is accommodated there.
I was excited about their sports programm, including spinning classes. But when I showed up for one of their classes, the class did actually not hold, which was quite disappointing.
The phones in the room seem very old school - so the buttons for room service etc. did not actually work.
The staffs were good and polite especially the housekeeping and the chef Osame at the breakfast were outstanding.
I really loved everything about this property, from the smooth check-in to the great room and amazing breakfast. The dining options in the lobby area are incredible. The coffee and snacks at the cafe are absolutely fantastic—especially the chicken mayo sandwich! As for the Indian restaurant, Cilantro, it served the best Indian food I have eaten in ages. Even at the in-house bar, the drinks were completely on point. Regarding the staff, everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They always had a bright smile, greeted us warmly, and consistently checked in to ensure our stay met all our preferences.
The only drawback I noticed was a random electricity blackout, though this affected the entire city rather than just the hotel. I also experienced a slight issue with the bathroom water, but the staff was highly responsive and rectified it immediately.
I could get food to the room at anytime of the day
Good breakfast and ambience of the room/hotel
Check in and check out time
Location and food
The bed was a disaster, change the foam is bad, the TV in the room was also giving issues
