Good location.

Cons:

The room smelled very musty 🤧 . After one night sleeping there I felt just very congested. I suspect there is mold in the rooms - not visible but just based on the smell and one cannot open windows. While I stayed there, the whole floor was also being painted - adding even more toxic fumes, while one is accommodated there.

I was excited about their sports programm, including spinning classes. But when I showed up for one of their classes, the class did actually not hold, which was quite disappointing.

The phones in the room seem very old school - so the buttons for room service etc. did not actually work.

An excellent overall stay featuring smooth check-in, great rooms, and incredibly welcoming staff.
Pros:

I really loved everything about this property, from the smooth check-in to the great room and amazing breakfast. The dining options in the lobby area are incredible. The coffee and snacks at the cafe are absolutely fantastic—especially the chicken mayo sandwich! As for the Indian restaurant, Cilantro, it served the best Indian food I have eaten in ages. Even at the in-house bar, the drinks were completely on point. Regarding the staff, everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They always had a bright smile, greeted us warmly, and consistently checked in to ensure our stay met all our preferences.

Cons:

The only drawback I noticed was a random electricity blackout, though this affected the entire city rather than just the hotel. I also experienced a slight issue with the bathroom water, but the staff was highly responsive and rectified it immediately.

Staff very accomodating they sent a cake to the room for my partners 40th birthday. Breakfast amazing. Overall fantastic stay

Voor een 4-sterren hotel en behorende bij de Marriot hotelketen zeer teleustellend!!!!

Een anantal personeel leden waren zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

Mijn kamer was totaal niet schoon toen ik aankwam in de nacht. Het bed was zeer vies, kennelijk heeft er een rendez vous plaatsgevonden in mijn kamer en is de kamer vies achter gelaten en waren de kamer en bed niet schoongemaakt. Ik heb 2 uur moeten wachten in de nacht voor het verschonen van het bed. Uiteindelijk heb ik meegeholpen. Personeel bij de receptie niet goed getraind en reageert niet adequaat op problemen. De airconditioning in de kamer is niet bestand tegen het hoge vochtigheidsniveau in de kamer waardoor goed slapen onmogelijk is. Kamers zijn verouderd. Maar ondertussen betaal je een premium prijs. Een aantal personeelsleden in de schoonmaak en restaurants waren wel vriendelijk en servicegericht.
