It's not the worst and free parking.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, the rooms are fine enough and the free parking is great.

Cons:

The beds are uncomfortable but that's to be expected. The biggest issue was that the restaurant was closed on labour day for breakfast. At a HOTEL. A hotel with year round guests. We literally had breakfast at the restaurant of a neighbouring hotel which, surprise, was open for guests and others alike. Also if you're human sized and need to use the toilet in your room be ready to suffer. And beware the bathtub as it is concave and completely smooth with nothing to hold on to.

Great stay at a reasonable price!

Next to a major highway
Decent amenities
Comfortable bed and pillows
Professional staff

Cons:

Not much - the room i stayed at was located at an inner corner of the building (u-shaped building), so the window placement was a bit awkward and also small so not much natural light came through.

Pros:

Cost per night is 200$ and I would say it is one of the cheapest accommodation you can get. Worth the money. Tim hortons close by for an early breakfast, the hotel has a restaurant operational 7am to 11pm. Tourist attractions namely biodome, planetarium are minutes away from this place

Cons:

200$ security deposit is understandable but the refund takes long to process. Its been 4 working days since I left the place, but haven't received the refund yet.

Nossa estadia foi boa e tranquila. O local é um pouco afastado, mas como estávamos de carro não tivemos grandes problemas. O café da manhã não era incluso - isso pode ser um fator atrativo, pois facilita a estadia.

Only one water dispenser which needs a refill. AC doesn't work properly. Beds aren't comfortable and make a lot of noise even when you turn.
