Обслуживание в ресторане оставило неприятное впечатление . Бармен был неприветливым и не проявлял заинтересованности в обслу-живании Заказ пришлось ждать слишком долго, несмотря на отсутствие большой загруженности. Качество обслуживания оказалось ниже ожидаемого: приходилось неоднократно напоминать о заказе,а отношение барменов было безразличным. Надеюсь, руководство обратит внимание на уровень сервиса и примет меры

Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt w Warszawie. Pokój bardzo komfortowy, czysty, zaopatrzony w niezbędne akcesoria i kosmetyki. Wielki plus za ekologiczne rozwiązania. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość transferu na lotnisko oraz możliwość pozostawienia samochodu za dodatkową opłatą na czas wylotu z kraju. Z pewnością Mercury Hotel stanie się naszą stałą miejscówką w czasie wizyt w Warszawie.

The hotel is quite well presented and is located close to the tram. The lobby, reception and restaurant are consistent with a four star hotel. The restaurant was very good with very helpful staff. The room was quite spacious and equipped to four star standard, and should have been perfect for a two night stay. The room thermostat was adjustable, which was good. The bed was very comfortable. Good bathroom.
The room lacked maintenance - curtains hanging on one side having come off runner hooks, loose toilet seat. The mini fridge did not work - the light was on but there was no cooling, drinks put in ended up warmer in there that room temperature. The sound insulation in the room was poor - lots of noise from neighbouring room, and the worst aspect of the whole situation was the noise from the pedestrian crossing on the corner, which on the second night was much louder, a constant beeping, which was absolutely maddening after the first few hours. Ear plugs required to block it.
