I didn’t like the fact that I was not able to shower properly considering the water was ice cold and I called the desk but hot water was still not an option and she said the had already had a complaint about it but I was not accommodated at all

Maybe one of the best in Bowling Green but not what I am used to for over two hundred dollars a nite
Pros:

Breakfast was fair. Not as good as some other hotels I have stayed at.

Cons:

Only had one ice machine working for four floors. Clerks not very personal. Took a very long time for the hot water to reach the top floor.

Pros:

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was above average. Staff were great

Cons:

Had three issues right off the bat. Phone in room wasn't working. No ice machine on our floor, and couldn't connect to internet. Front desk said they would call service for phone. Told them don't worry about it had cell phones. Told me the only ice machine was on the third floor, no big deal. Told me to bring my phone to front desk and they would set it up. Said thanks, but no big deal, wasn't planning on being on the Internet all night

The water pressure in the shower was not good, we could barely wash off. The front desk clerk was not overly inviting.

Hotel was decent but not as nice as others in same chain we have stayed in but overall I would stay again if I needed to

Location was great, rooms were adequate and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Water pressure and temp was not good, the elevator smelled strongly throughout the stay of marijuana and was very slow.

Pros:

The beds were nice.

Cons:

The water in room for showers were cold. Sink in my room was slow draining . The red chair was very dirty. The hallway and elevator smelled like skunk. Didnt like it that housekeeping didn't come in until the 3rd day. Ask them a question and they didn't understand.
