Merkezi , temiz ve çalışanları çok güleryüzlü idi . Kahvaltı ise gayet yeterliydi
Pros:

Konumu merkezde olduğu için turistik yerlere ulaşım çok iyiydi. Tren metro ağına da çok yakındı. İlk kez Viyana’ya gelecekler için tavsiye ederim . Odalar temizdi . Hergün çarşaf lavabo temizliği yapıldı.

Ótima estadia. Voltarei lá se retornar a Viena.
Pros:

Do café da manhã, da cortesia da água gasosa no quarto, da cortesia de itens como lixa de unha, agulha e linha e cotonete.

Cons:

Infelizmente o banheiro é ruim. O vaso sanitário é de um design inconveniente demais, o chuveiro não tem lugar para colocar o sabonete, ele escorrega e gasta desnecessariamente. Só isso, porque no demais o hotel é todo ótimo.

Alles in allem war wunderbar
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ob am Empfang oder beim Frühstück und auch eine spontane Zimmerbuchung ist überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. Es wurde einem auch noch alles wunderbar erklärt wegen Tiefgarage, die das Hotel einen Partnervertrag hat, etc

Pros:

Добрий готель у гарному, старовинному будинку.
Ідеальне розташування - до собору св. Стефана - хвилин 5-7 пішки.
Ввічливий персонал. Номер просторий і комфортний, хоча меблі виглядають трохи застарілими, ніби з 90-х років.
Сніданок чудовий.

Overall a very nice and pleasant stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
Pros:

The room was quite large with all the necessary amenities to make it a very pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of fresh breads, cold cuts and cheeses plus a good variety of delicious pastries.
The location of the hotel was one of the best features and a very important issue when choosing the accommodation when you have to use the local transport system. It was very close to many transport facilities.

Cons:

There were no English speaking Austrian channels on the tv. There were a couple of UK News channels.
All English speaking movies shown on local channels were dubbed in German.
