Un hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La qualité du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La première nuit nous avons dormi dans une chambre dont la climatisation était en panne, à priori c'était connu de l'équipe de l'hôtel, avec plus de 30°c nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.
Le lendemain on nous a changé de chambre tout est rentré de l'ordre mais aucun geste commercial n'a été fait.

Hotel w idealnej lokalizacji, ,blisko do stacji metra jak i do zabytkowego centrum miasta. Nieskazitelna czystość,bardzo smaczne śniadania.Bardzo sympatyczny persolel.Polecam serdecznie!

A comfortable well positioned hotel which could do with a few tweaks.

Cons:

The “ efficiency “ of the head waitress at breakfast, leave your plate for a second and it was gone. There was no bar on the premises and the staff behind reception were efficient but not necessarily terribly friendly, although they would get you ice if you asked. A tea / coffee making facility in the bedroom would have been nice and glasses which had been used cleaned also would have been appreciated.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera spaziosa e pulita. Nonostante la camera fosse lato strada e ad un piano basso era silenziosa. Ottima colazione, varia ed abbondante

Cons:

Le tende alle finestre non bastavano per coprire le finestre interamente e filtrava troppa luce la notte. Sarebbe opportuno rivedere questo aspetto

Pros:

Śniadania były dobre, duży wybór - od jajek, kiełbasek, boczku, przez wędliny i sery, aż po słodkości w różnych postaciach. Parking około 500 metrów od hotelu, czyli 5/6 minut spacerem. Personel bardzo miły. Podczas naszego pobytu było 30 stopni - bez problemu ratowali nas lodem w szklankach. Jedyny minus za brak takich rzeczy jak np. czajnik w pokoju. Kawą również mogłaby by smaczniejsza.

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, muy buena atención del personal, desayuno muy bueno.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, limpio, amablemente atendido y desayuno muy bien servido.

Cons:

El equipo de aire acondicionado no funcionó un día y medio.

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο, όμορφο και καθαρό με ένα υπέροχο πάτωμα παρκέ και μεγάλα παράθυρα, τα οποία σκίαζαν με ηλεκτρικά στοράκια.Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στον ναό του Αγίου Στεφάνου και σε άλλα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, καθώς και πολύ κοντα στον παραπόταμο του Δούναβη. Το πρωϊνό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία με ποιοτικά προϊόντα. Αν ξαναεπισκευθώ την Βιέννη, σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω και πάλι.

Cons:

Τίποτα, όλα ήταν όπως έπρεπε.
Ίσως η κατάργηση της κουρτίνας μπάνιου και τοποθέτηση κάποιου τζαμιού.

Easy access to the trainstation by U-bahn. Close to the MAK ( museum).
