Pros:

Localização excelente! Deu para fazer a maior parte das atrações andando. O staff é gentil e colaborativo. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Quarto confortável e limpo. Nada a reclamar.

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa, mówiąca wieloma językami świata. Dla mnie, wegetarianki, było pysznie, świetne śnia

Hotel jest dogodnie położony. Jest cicho i blisko centrum, a wszystko jest w zasięgu 5-10 minut spacerem: Teatr Wiedeński, restauracje, kawiarnie, metro i przystanek autobusowy na lotnisko.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied. Petit déjeuner très copieux, très varié et excellent.
Personnel très sympa, dommage la langue française n'est pas au rendez-vous.

Adequate,lacking some amenities
Pros:

Clean and a good breakfast. The location was quite good and it was quiet.

Cons:

The beds weren’t comfortable, the pillows were not great. They didn’t supply any conditioner only a shampoo/body wash combo. We had to ask for a kettle, nothing else in the room. No fridge, the safe didn’t work

Great hotel for a city break, close to the centre and very clean.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel met my expectations. It was conveniently close to the city centre, but was very quiet at night. Everywhere was very clean. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great, and just as I would expect. The hotel is able to book tours for you, and to store your luggage. There was a safe in the room, and power points near the bed. Great for a city break, I would happily stay there again. I slept very well and felt safe while I was there.

Cons:

I got what I expected for the price - not luxury, and not a huge room, but perfect for a short break.

Séjour parfait.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, tout près du centre historique et du métro. La chambre était très spacieuse et calme, literie très confortable et le petit-déjeuner très bon.

Le personnel à l’accueil très compétent avec des conseils avisés et la dame parlait français ce qui est très agréable.
