The bed was comfortable, and the pool was open, which was a plus for my kiddo. Outside the bad room experience I had in room 312 (I wouldn't recommend any time soon until they fix it with a deep cleaning due to odor on their carpet in that room), if you get this room and read this comment review it but switch rooms, the hotel was decent for the area it sits in; nothing grand.
Before arrival, I was charged 3-4 hours before check-in. Never experienced that before and was overcharged with a deposit that was explained to be $25 but $50 for a stain on a pillow that is clearly washable. The manager was upset with our conversation because someone else upset her prior to my call about a charge as well, and me calling for clarity was all wrong word choice in my professional opinion. FYI, if you are on the clock and making a living regardless of how many years you have in a field, you should always know how to conduct yourself by reacting the opposite way in word choice when handling situations that clearly a customer has no understanding of. All in all, don't have a tone that comes off rude, attitude, or unprofessional because someone else upset you; the next person has nothing to do with the tone that was given to project onto the next person. Putting yourself in the customer's shoes is always the best customer service in every situation; tone and attitude matter. I was still charged a higher deposit for a stain on a pillow that was assured to me; the manager would call the next business day to confirm the stain was removed or not. I didn't get a call as explained, unfortunately.

TVs are outdated and lacking Internet streaming capabilities. Outlets for charging devices are not easily accessible on the nightstands. This room was lacking a stand or bench to set my suitcase on unlike the last booking at the same facility.

Larger bath towels would be nice. Also the tv having the options for internet streaming would be great. Having just a tv guide is pretty outdated.

As a guest traveling from Europe, I found that some aspects of the hotel did not quite meet the standards I would normally expect from a hotel of this category in Europe. The breakfast could offer a slightly wider variety of options. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable smell in the room, and the carpeted flooring made the room feel somewhat less fresh and clean. These details could be improved to make the overall experience more comfortable.
