Un muy buen lugar para desconectar que es lo que buscábamos, tranquilidad, cama super cómoda y muy limpio.
No le pongo un 10 a mi estancia en el hotel ya que comimos un par de veces en el restaurante del hotel y el camarero no fue para nada agradable. No digo que fuera mal educado, pero su trato no estuvo a la altura del hotel. En fin, supongo que tendría una mala semana.
The only positive value here is the free parking.
The hotel looks outdated and isn't clean.
The towels are still dirty, even though we’ve asked to change them twice.
The bathroom is spacious, but there is no rack in the shower for the soap and shampoo.
The sink is clogged.
The room’s fridge isn't working. When we informed reception, she claimed it’s meant to be like this because it’s a "minibar," and said if we have anything that needs to stay cold, we should take it to the main hotel bar at reception!
The breakfast offers very limited choices and is poorly stocked.
Very quiet & zen. Gorgeous pool & large comfy beds. The hotel was great with my allergy and accommodates fully gluten free food as I have coeliac disease. The lady who served us breakfast was wonderful & accommodating. We had an amazing massage with Melenia, again friendly & professional.
Not a dislike but a small improvement - the pressure for the shower was quite low but we managed.

No me gusto que las toallas de la habitación estaban sucias , el enchufe de la lámpara roto, la alcachofa del baño necesitaba un cambio ,la piscina necesitaba una limpieza , el precio de las cosas en el hotel lo hemos visto excesivo ya que solo dormir una noche ya es caro
El personal de recepción, el ambiente tranquilo y limpio.
Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas ,la bañera un poco oxidada y una lastima no darle la importancia que toca al restaurante,pero en general bien
El personal de la piscina estaban enfrentados entre ellos y se ponían a discutir oyéndolos toda la piscina , una vergüenza

De mantenimiento a las 12 h de la mañ a echar productos que salían burbujas y no sabías exactamente ni lo que era y frotando las paredes de la piscina que te tenías que quitar
