Pros:

Во время бронирования номера произошла путаница с категорией номера, но администратор на месте помогла нам подобрать нужный номер для нашей компании, очень быстро и с пониманием. А также очень благодарна, что заселили нас раньше времени заезда, нам с детьми было это очень важно. В отеле хорошая звукоизоляция. Чистый номер, белоснежная постель. Завтрак был очень вкусный, продукты были свежие и высокого качества. Нам было очень уютно и комфортно. Персонал очень приветливый. В следующий раз, как будем в Кишинёве обязательно будем останавливаться именно в этом отеле

- Ez nem 4 csillagos szállodai szint./De facto this is not 4 star hotel.
- A fürdő részleget a hirdetésükben és a hotelen a cégér táblán úgy hirdetik, hogy van medence hidromasszázzsal, valójában egy hideg vizes medence, ahol a hatból csak kettő fuvóka müködik, az is a bejáró lépcsőnél, amit szauna utáni merülőmedencénel használnak.
/ They advertise the spa so on the net and his own building sign, that has a pool with hidromassage. In real: the pool water is cold (it's used to plunge pool, after sauna). The hidromassage valves are (only two of six) hardly working.

During the breakfast and dinnner are running every day the same monotonius, tedious music repeatedly, that after couple of day getting to irtitating. They running from youtube, I can't believe it they can't do a simple music list.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren optimal. Besonders Dimitri von der Rezeption hat uns bereitwillig Auskünfte erteilt und und einen Taxifahrer organisiert mit dem wir zum größten Weinkeller und nach Transnistrien gefahren wurden. Danke
