O Hotel é publicitado como 4*, quando na realidade à chegada encontramos um hotel degradado, abandonado e sem qualquer tipo de manutenção e com muitas falta de higiene e limpezas. ATENÇÃO: As fotografias que estão na divulgação são antigas e não correspondem à realidade.
Um ehrlich zu sein, nicht sehr viel. Das Personal war höflich (aber teilweise krank am arbeiten), das Frühstück war gut-sehr gut und die Betten waren, bis auf teilweise dreckige Bettwäsche, gut.
Das Hotel hatte sicher mal 4*. Heute aber ganz klar nicht mehr. Es wird sehr schlecht unterhalten. Der Aufzug scheint schon mehrere Wochen kaputt, Steckdosen auf den Zimmern funktionieren nicht alle, die Aussenumgebung ist katastrophal gewartet, es hat Schimmel in den Zimmern, Schampooflaschen und Toilettenpapier werden nicht aufgefüllt. Die Bilder auf Booking waren für uns ganz klar eine Irreführung der Gäste und hatten nicht mehr viel mit der Realität zu tun.

The potential for the hotel is great, location is ok, the structure is good enough and most of the staff are nice to guests (to some limits)
I believe this is the worst hotel i ever stayed in. It's supposedly 4 stars but they really don't deserve it at all - the photos are very misleading.
Overall the place would be great if it was properly maintained and serviced. I should've done more due diligence evaluating the most recent comments on the property...
* room not properly cleaned (ever while we stayed)
* each day beds were made differently (varying shades from awful to bad)
* no working outlets at the bed head
* bed lamps completely covered in dust and many other places throughout the entire room
* TV broadcast quality is awful - i had to get a chromecast to be able to see something without thinking i left my glasses somewhere else
* stained covers/sheets/pillows
* loud AC
* missing personal mirror from the appliance in the WC
* shower head was broken
* WC sink with broken glass
* bath tub water retention door is broken and needs replacing. every day water spilled
* poor breakfast (low quality), some days there weren't even any fruits
* coffee machines frequently broken
* milk carts were left for hours outside of a refrigerator, my wife was unfortunate enough to only notice the milk she used was bad after one sip
* there were mosquitos for days in the breakfast area. Sometimes staff covered the juice jars with paper napkins, but the fruit was always infested (no one ate fruits, most of the pieces stayed there for days).
* one day our bedroom wasn't even cleaned at all, we needed to ask staff to fulfill basic consumables (toilet paper, etc.

Hace falta una remodelación ya que se veía que muchas cosas estaban destrozadas. La ubicación no era excelente.
Tem uma localização muito boa, os funcionários foram simpáticos, o pequeno almoço apesar de simples estava bem preparado e organizado.
O hotel parece abandonado, falta manutenção em todo lado, área da piscina e espaço verde muito mal tratado, as instalações precisam de manutenção, pintura, pequenos arranjos. Qualidade preço não compatíveis com quatro estrelas.
Great location. Exudes a sense of calm. Large bedroom with outside enclosed patio area. Swimming pool. Several reception areas in the hotel nicely furnished & decorated. Swimming pool and cabin with exercise equipment. An excellent reception from Lorenna who spoke excellent English and very informative about Sines.
The loungers around the pool were uncomfortable. The landscaping around the pool is deserving of improvement.
