The location is good, in some kind of rich neighborhood.
The gym was well equipped.
Also the breakfast lady was super nice.
The breakfast is mediocre as the variety is solid the quality is not always there, e.g. stale bread from the day before.
The smell of dust and uncleaned carpets all around, mold on the bathrooms.
In an attempt, possibly, to save on electric power everything is off or unplugged by default, the kids were sometimes scared to walk alone.
