Pros:

Уважаемое руководство!Мы бронировали номер на троих, но полноценного отдыха не получили. Третье спальное место (кресло-кровать) полностью пришло в негодность — наполнитель прохудился, спать пришлось буквально на голых досках. Чтобы хоть как-то смягчить постель, нам пришлось подкладывать под себя одеяла.Уровень комфорта и состояние мебели абсолютно не соответствуют заявленной цене. Убедительно прошу вас проверить номерной фонд и заменить изношенные диваны и кресла.

Mukava kylpylä, mutta huone huono.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli tosi hyvä. Kylpylä mukavan rauhallinen.

Cons:

Sängyt tosi surkeat. Kolmen hengen huoneessa lisävuode surkea. Parisänky kulahtanut. Sijauspatja roikkui sängyn ulkopuolelle( oli vetoketjulla kiinni, eikä sitä saanut liikuteltua),joten vaikea pysyä sängyssä, kun toinen puoli oli ihan kellallaan. Maksoimme kuitenkin kolmesta aikuisesta ja oletimme, että varustelu olisi sen mukainen.
