You found the perfect hotel!

Beyond all expectations!

The location is perfect, the rooms are amazing, and the breakfast is better than most of the hotels I've been to.

But the main asset of this hotel is the staff — they will always do more than possible to help you, they are super nice and super professional.

If you're in Bergamo, for me this hotel is the only option!

Hotellet leverer en service som ligger langt over det man normalt kan forvente. De står virkelig på pinne for oss og gjør alt de kan for at vi skal ha et fantastisk opphold.

Frokosten, og ikke minst servicen under frokosten, er noe av det beste jeg har opplevd på hotell. Personalet er utrolig oppmerksomme, hyggelige og imøtekommende, og man føler seg virkelig ivaretatt.

Dette er et hotell som virkelig forstår hva god gjestfrihet betyr. Vi er svært imponert og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Pros:

Location is excellent. 12 rooms - wonderful boutique hotel. The team are passionate about Bergamo and certainly go above and beyond. Great breakfast - buffet plus a cooked menu of eggs which are golden and delicious.

Dal primo momento io e la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati in tutto. La cura dello staff per soddisfare al meglio i servizi proposti ma soprattutto le colazioni sono state degne di nota: prodotti di qualità e materie prime eccezionali, gusto e presentazione non di poco conto, basti pensare che un semplice latte caldo preparato dal sig. Francesco ha consentito a mia figlia di gustare una colazione da anni dimenticata. Le stanze in perfetto ordine finemente arredato e di nostro gusto, con una coccola presente ogni giorno diversa. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff che si è dimostrato professionale e attento.

We are an older couple who has travelled extensively, especially in Italy .The Petronilla is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in, The staff directors Francesco and Francesca. are wonderful. They are welcoming and go out of the way to be helpful and informative.giving great suggestions about their beautiful and special city. The spacious and artfully decorated rooms and bathrooms are so beyond clean,so beyond outstanding made us want to live there. The breakfast is served in the outdoor patio. We will long remember the almost endless array of specialties and cooked to order egg plates. Thank you Hotel Petronilla staff. And for those of you who are reading this review I guarantee you will be so happy about your choice of the Petronilla.

L'accueil et le sourire de Rebecca, son professionnalisme.
La qualité et la richesse du petit déjeuner, l'accueil de son personnel
L'équipement des chambres et la taille des chambres : très bien équipées, tout le système électrique moderner et à prtée de main.
Service de voiturier gratuit (parking payant mais la voiture est prise en charge devant l'hôtel et emmenée directement au parking sans avoir à s'en soucier. On se sent pris en charge (bagages, conseils touristiques, restaurants...)
