La qualité de l’accueil à la réception, où le personnel s’est montré aimable et disponible. Nous avons également apprécié la situation de l’hôtel, à proximité du centre-ville et de nombreux restaurants. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner servi dans la charmante petite cour était très agréable, avec un choix varié de produits.
Nous avions réservé pour trois nuits, mais nous avons finalement écourté notre séjour. Dès le premier jour, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. De plus, l’un des volets ne fermait pas, ce qui rendait impossible l’obscurité dans la chambre. Nous avons donc été réveillés très tôt par la lumière du jour. Pour le prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions à une prestation de bien meilleure qualité. Cette expérience a été décevante et ne correspondait pas au niveau de confort attendu.
A beautiful, boutique style, hotel, in a central location. Renovated rooms, including all the amenities you can think of, and a warm, inviting front desk service accommodating all your requests. Very tasty breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Außerordentlich nettes Personal, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war immer jemand da, wenn man eine Frage oder einen Wunsch hatte. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut.
Hübsches, geschmackvolles Boutique-Hotel. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Gute Lage, ruhig, aber trotzdem nahe beim Zentrum und Città Alta. Super-Frühstück mit regionalem Angebot.
Badezimmer (Dusche) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Duschwand war in unserem Zimmer nicht dicht.
