Amazing resort -- one of the top I've visited in the world. Pristine beach, great open water swimming, large oceanfront accommodations. Super friendly staff. After a rigorous Machu Picchu and Amazon River trip, we flew 1.5 hours from Lima and had a 2 hr drive to get to Mancora. Dusty and dry and we were worried. But once there it was paradise. Advise: Eat a couple of times a KiChic, the dinners were much better and the property (right next door, walk on beach) is charming. I much prefer Arennas as a resort but food better at KiChic. Breakfast and poolside lunch good at Arennas. Dinner could be improved.
El restaurant bueno y el personal muy bueno.
Fui con la intención de no salir del hotel y tuve que hacerlo para tener internet el wifi no servía en los tres días que estuve, la señal de los operadores es mala, asi que tuve que salir los tres días a buscar cobertura, en ese aspecto mala experiencia.
Lamentablemente los trabajos en el lobby nos impidieron que compartir con nuestros nietos en la piscina por el ruido e igualmente ruido en el almuerzo, pero apartando eso, el lugar es magico y su gente mas, recuerdo muy especialmente las atenciones recibidas de FRANCO, JUNIOR,PIERO y MARCO que recuerdo sus nombres pero en general su gente es LO MAS MARAVILLOSO
Lamentablemente los trabajos en el lobby nos impidieron que compartir con nuestros nietos en la piscina por el ruido e igualmente ruido durante los almuerzos, los cuales DEBIERON SER INFORMADOS POR EL HOTEL Y HUBIERAMOS PROGRAMADO NUESTRA ESTADIA
A little disappointed as I went there like 2 years ago and it was different in a better way , now service and food changed
I highly recommend this place , it’s a true gem in the desert. The road to get there is not the best, but it is absolutely worth it.

All the staff were fantastic. I want to thank Fiorella, the massage therapist, for being very knowledgeable, and Ariel, our server, who provided excellent service. Everyone was wonderful. It would be great if all staff introduced themselves by name so guests could remember them more easily.
