Each member of the staff was fantastic. Leon was unbelievably helpful and caring about our needs from the moment we arrived until the time we left!

A fine stay of 2 nights, we had the large room for 3 people, which was spacious, and overall met our expectations
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from the places of interest in the old town. Charming old property, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Some of the upholstery and carpeting can do with replacement as they are quite old and tired looking.

Perfect for city exploration
Pros:

Wonderful boutique style hotel; rooms well furnished and in excellent condition with comfy beds; staff very responsive and helpful; excellent breakfast with high quality items; perfect location in the city center.

Cons:

we enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms are on the smaller side and no elevator. Also no parking.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in

Absolutely everything. I cannot recommend this amazing hotel enough!
The first photo on this profile doesn’t do it justice.
The owners clearly care about every little detail, including making afternoon tea available.
So many beautiful details. I loved room 13, it’s like having my own apartment. It’s close to the dining area so I could patter downstairs in my bare feet to collect refreshing lemon water before I went to bed.

Un bel hôtel avec des chambres trop vétustes
Pros:

Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme qui gagnerait à rénover ses chambres et salles de bain afin de mériter pleinement ses 4 étoiles. Autant les espaces communs sont agréables, décorés avec goût, autant les chambres sont vieillottes et usées (moquette et coussins tachés , fauteuil usé et déchiré, rideau à moité décroché. Dommage. Bon accueil et bon petit déjeuner. Localisation parfaite. Nous y retournerons volontiers SI les chambres sont rénovées.

Cons:

La chambre à la moquette très très vieille, tachée un peu partout et même avec des brulures de cigarettes par endroit. Le fauteuil déchiré. Les chambres n'ont pas du être rénovées depuis de très nombreuses années.

Very centrally located, very clean, great breakfasts, rooms pleasantly decorated, coffee machine & bar fridge.

Nothing. The carpet in the room has seen better days but it was very clean.
