Excellent, intimate and fantastic location in the old town.
Pros:

Location, the staff are all very friendly and very helpfull and the amenities like free bicycles and welcome drinks were unexpected. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

The garden can do with a bit of maintenance but it is lovely to have an outside area when it cools down in the evening.

Charming historical hotel in the pedestrian area of the city.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff was very professional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious-lots of fresh and very tasty eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries! Food was always available during the day. And lovely Prosecco in the evening!

Cons:

The hotel needs a slight refresh - re-decorating (paint chipping in places); new towels.

Pros:

De stijl van het hotel vonden we echt mooi en romantisch. Fijne ontvangst en goede service. De fietsenberging vlak naast het hotel. De ligging is super, overal vlak bij.

bathroom is horrible. Clearance above toilet is 5feet 10 inches before you crush your head on the slanted ceiling, rooftop room, shower is even worse. You have to stand in a corner of the tub facing the corner otherwise you would soak the whole room. The shower head is positioned in the middle of the tub with a half glass wall, so if you don't point it to a corner you would spray water all over the room, That is why the owner doesn't show a picture of the bathroom. The worst misrepresentation of a room I have ever seen. I have traveled the world, this is not bs feedback, check it out yourself and ask for a picture of the bathroom. The owner needs to step up, it's a shame.

An absolute historical gem. The room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable, best night’s sleep on our trip so far. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the continental breakfast had many options and the food was delicious.
