He hecho 33 viajes a 22 países/territorios en 4 continentes y jamás había tenido un problema como el que tuve en este lugar. Me he hospedado en hoteles de lujo y hoteles baratos y jamas había tenido una experiencia tan amarga.

Estuve hospedado en este hotel a finales de abril de 2026. Pagué mi estadía en dos transacciones. No sé qué hizo el hotel que a finales de mayo de 2026 (más de 30 días después de haber hecho el checkout) una de las transacciones fue procesada nuevamente y me causó una pérdida de casi USD 40.

Contacto al hotel para saber qué había sucedido y no hicieron ni siquiera el intento de ayudar. La respuesta que recibí fue genérica indicando que yo me había hospedado allí y había accedido a pagar. Accedí a pagar una suma, no USD 40 más.

Hice un reclamo ante VISA y Credibanco (el banco adquirente del hotel) reconoció que hubo un problema de sistema y tuvieron que procesar nuevamente la transacción. Es decir, hubo un problema y tuve que pagar USD 40 más. A todo esto, el hotel no volvió a responder mis correos ni mis reclamos.

Alles super, hier würde ich jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer buchen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und nicht weit mit dem Auto/ Taxi vom Stadtzentrum.
Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer.
Bei meinem Aufenthalt von einer Woche, wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt.
Gutes und leckeres Frühstück mit frischem Obst immer.
Ein kleines und trotzdem ausreichendes Fitness im Keller, dass man schon ab 6 Uhr benutzen kann.
Alles super.

Cons:

Das einzige lästige war, der Lärm von den Jugendlichen, die sich abends unten im Park getroffen haben und die laute Musik, die sie gemacht haben.
War aber nicht jeden Tag so, nur an zwei Abende.

Perfect for our short stop in Pereira
Pros:

The breakfast was great, and the hotel is a short walk from the Arboleda mall. There's also a great bakery just next to it which I'd highly recommend. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Basurera muy pequeña y no hay sino en el baño, no hay donde colgar toalla de manos cerca al lavamanos, no hay tomacorriente al lado de las camas, y las luces de pasillos que están controladas con sensores se apagan aún sin que la persona haya dejado ese espacio y queda a oscuras
