Excellent place to stay, especially for someone traveling by themselves.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, staff was great, location was perfect. No street noise, but you could hear water in the pipes from other rooms and doors closing. Nothing a sound machine can't fix.

Pros:

Fantastic location for walking, shopping and food. There are other hotels that are more than double the price and in the same location. While there are no amenities and no access to a roof for the Acropolis view etc, the value is very strong. Room/bathroom was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

We were in a hurry in the morning to get to the airport. We ordered our breakfast for the earliest time slot the night before, and arrived right when the breakfast started. The breakfast staff was in disarray and took forever to give us to the two simple things we ordered - a coffee and yogurt. Needs better organization.

Lovely stay in Athens
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently situated close to lots of shops and restaurants. We were warmly greeted by staff who helped us with our luggage. The elevator is quite small and won’t fit more than a couple of people at a time but it has its charm just like the rest of the hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The complimentary breakfast is superbly delicious and incomparable! There are so many choices and the portions are generous. The Marblous feels upscale without being pretentious and we would absolutely come back!
