Gut - nicht besonders.
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil wir sehr kurzfritig gebucht haben und an den Seen keine Unterkunft zu kriegen war.
Das Früstück war in Ordnung, gute Auswahl an Brötchen, Broten, Cerialien, Wurst und Käse. Ansprechend war die wohl selbstgemachte Pilzbutter. Wechselnd wurde frisches Obst angeboten, der Obstsalat bestand immer nur aus Wassermelone und wenig Ananas. Das Personal ist freundlich. Nett war, dass wir bei Abreise ein Glas Marillenmarmelade geschenkt bekamen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war kleiner als das bei der Buchung abgebildete und ohne eine Sitzgruppe.
Der Fußboden ist abgenutzt, die Tür der Dusche schleift über den Boden, in den Ecken der Duschen sind im Bodenbereich Stockflecken. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die mir aufgefallen sind: Frische Blumen auf den Frühstückstischen gab es nicht durchgängig, mehrere Tage standen die verwelkten Blumen auf den Tischen, dann gar keine mehr. Im Außenbereich steht eine große Gruppe Loungemöbel -kaum genutzt, kleine Gruppen würden sicher einladender sein.
Die Gasträume sind mit unterschiedlichen Holzarten ausgestattet - Geschmackssache, ebenso wie die Teppiche und Läufer,die im öffentlichen Bereich liegen. Moderne Elemente treffen auf Ausstattungen, die älter sind.
Obwohl es Dekoelemente gibt, habe ich insgesamt die Gemütlichkeit im Haus vermisst.

Ein Hotel in dem man sich vom ersten Augenblick wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Haben jeden Wunsch sofort umgesetzt und möglich gemacht. Tolles Essen am Abend. Tolles Frühstück. Zimmer mit Balkon auch zum verweilen.
