Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was great overall. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed, and we were not informed about this before our arrival.

A special thank you to Yasin at the bar and Halim at reception. They were both incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service made our experience even better.

Apart from the pool closure, everything was wonderful and we had a great time. Thank you!

Im Mai 2026 verbrachten wir 3 Tage im Klas-Hotel.
Es ist sehr günstig gelegen, was die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants und Cafes angeht. Der Service an der Rezeption. war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bedienung im Restaurant durch Yasin war vorzüglich und entgegenkommend. So sorgte er auch für die Erfüllung von Sonderwünschen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Wir können das Klas-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Istanbul auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

The property is in a beautiful location, close to everything, with the metro and tram just a few steps away.

Cons:

As soon as we checked into the room 402, we noticed a strong sewage/drain smell. We informed the reception staff, and although the housekeeping team cleaned the room every day, the unpleasant odor coming from the drains remained. We also complained to Guest Relations, where we were told that the building is old. They sent a maintenance worker who simply closed the ventilation vent in the bathroom and advised us to keep the toilet lid closed. We followed this advice, but the smell continued to come from the bathroom, especially from the shower drain and the area under the sink. Throughout our entire seven-night stay, the room smelled terrible, and the issue was never resolved

Hotel měl dobrou polohu, blízko centra.

Cons:

Ubytování nabízí bazén, nicméně nás nikdo neinformoval předem o tom, že bazén je v rekonstrukci. Pokud bychom to věděli předem, zvolili bychom jiné ubytování. Velmi malé postele v pokoji a hluk z ostatních pokojů (i třeba jen sprchování).

War relativ zentral

Es ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel, das Badezimmer stinkt total, das Personal ist unfreundlich, das Frühstück war auch eine Frechheit sie wollten dass man 3€ zusätzlich für ein Omelett bezahlt, pancakes gab es erst ab 9 Uhr und das frühstück geht nur bis 10. Oft hatten sie dann auch Sachen nicht. Ausserdem wirbt das Hotel mit einem Pool der nicht geöffnet hatte und man konnte auch nicht aufs Dach wo der ist weil dort alles zugemüllt war. Die Putzfrau hat nicht richtig sauber gemacht, nur aufgefüllt. Man hatte auch Flecken auf der Bedwäsche und Handtücher - total eklig! 😳

المكان قريب لاكن الاقامه سيئه جدا فندق ريحة المجاري فيه بكل الطوابق لا أعلم كيف يصنف اربع نجوم وطاقم الفندق غير محترم

Cons:

The location is close, but the accommodation is terrible. The hotel reeks of sewage on every floor. I don't know how it's rated four stars, and the hotel staff is disrespectful.
