Great helpfull staff who do their very best to makeup for the slightly dated building. Brilliant location for site seeing. Good breakfast. Nice roof top sun deck and small pool. Good value for money based on what we paid. Deluxe room well worth the extra cost for more room

La responsable était toujours souriante, respectueuse et très à l’écoute des clients. Chaque jour, elle venait nous demander si tout se passait bien, une attention qui fait vraiment la différence.
Le personnel en cuisine ainsi que l’équipe chargée de débarrasser les tables étaient également exceptionnels : toujours aimables, efficaces et professionnels.
Franchement, rien à redire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Hotel muy bien situado. Cerca metro y tranvía número 1 q recorre la zona turística. Caminando en 15 minutos se llega al Gran Bazar y en 25 a la mezquita azul y Santa Sofia. Desayuno estilo turco muy variado. El personal muy amable. Nos sacaron de un apuro ya q la empresa q nos iba a hacer el traslado al aeropuerto nos dejó tirados. Ellos nos facilitaron transporte para 7 personas. La piscina es pequeña pero para los días calurosos de verano un acierto.
Mi habitación no se parecía a la de la foto. Y el baño necesitaba una reforma. Pero volvería al hotel sin ningún problema.
