Reasonable stay in Istanbul..
Pros:

Hotel close to the metro and in walking distance of the main tourist sites and good value of money..

Cons:

Could do with some maintenance and the pool is dates with no bar service… breakfast was average though plenty of food to choose from..

Но в общем, нам понравилось! Главные плюсы: соотношение цена/качество и месторасположение.
Pros:

Месторасположение отличное, метро в двух минутах, до всех достопримечательностей можно даже пешком дойти без проблем.
В номере чисто, убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют исправно. Не сказать, что номер новый, но и не ужасная старость, нормальный, даже хороший можно сказать.
Пару раз у нас уточняли все ли в порядке, стоит ли чего добавить, все ли устраивает. Персонал приветливый, дружелюбный.
Бассейн чистый, лежаки тоже.

Cons:

Окна выходят на улицу и на улице обычно шумно. Людям с чутким сном может быть трудновато, т.к. звукоизоляция тоже не супер, соседей можно ночью послушать.

Понравилось месторасположение ,персонал отзывчивый

Cons:

Не понравилась ЕДА ,шведский стол,говорили что каждый день по 16 позиций будут меняться ,в итоге из блюд Максимум 2 вида менялось и все было безвкусно 🙅🏻‍♀️

Данный отель лучший выбор, для того, чтобы посмотреть этот удивительный город.
Pros:

1. Отель расположен в 3 (трех) минутах ходьбы от метро. В пешей доступности находятся такие достопримечательности как Гранд Базар, Египетский базар, Голубая Мечеть, Мечеть Айя-София и многие другие. Гулять по улочкам одно удовольствие.
2. Так как это была первая поездка в Стамбул взяли завтраки и ужины и остались довольны. Завтрак как и везде шведский стол (голодным точно не будете), на ужин подают порционно блюда (за все 4 полных дня повторов не было. Тут и первое, и второе, и салат, десерт, а если вдруг, как я, не любите сладкое, то Вам подадут фрукты). Очень впечатлил сервис! Отдельное спасибо за это сотруднику Ясину (Yasin) очень тактичен, деликатен - сервисник на все 100%.
3. На крыше находится бассейн и зона для отдыха с лежаками, откуда открывается красивый вид на город. Так же на 5 этаже находится сауна.

Cons:

Можно было бы улучшить шумоизоляцию, но это проблема многих отелей и тут ожиданий особых и не было.)

Bien mais peut très facilement s’améliorer
Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre triple.
La piscine et les transats.
La proximité de restaurants
La gentillesse à l’accueil.
La baignoire était bouchée .. mais ils sont venus faire le nécessaire.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, pas très bon avec certaines choses payantes en supplément.
De plus pas assez de places assise pour tout le monde et le personnel vous oblige à vous assoir avec des inconnus.
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir apporter nos propres boissons au bord de la piscine car il y a un petit bar sur place.

Good sray overall
Pros:

Next to the metro station; lots of shops and restaurants around. Friendly staff. Nice rooms and facilities

Cons:

I took off one star because when i arrived, the room has become inhabitable for some reason and i was shifted to a nearby hotel for a night which was an inconvenience siine i had to go about my stuff very early in the morning so i had to pack everything and bring it back to my origibal hotel.

L’unico vero punto a favore di questo hotel è la posizione centrale. Per tutto il resto, sulla base della nostra esperienza, consiglio di evitarlo.

La colazione è essenzialmente continentale e, per i nostri gusti, poco adatta a una clientela italiana. Anche la cena ci ha deluso: menu fisso, poco vario e soprattutto non adeguato ai bambini, nonostante avessimo segnalato in anticipo le nostre esigenze.

Il problema più grave ha riguardato però la camera. In 3 giorni abbiamo cambiato stanza 2 volte perché continuavano ad andarci stanze che non corrispondevano a quanto prenotato e pagato.

A causa dei diversi disagi abbiamo deciso di effettuare il check-out anticipato. Al momento della partenza ci è stato fatto firmare il documento relativo al rimborso e ci è stato assicurato che la somma sarebbe stata restituita entro 14 giorni. Il rimborso, però, non è mai arrivato e successivamente la struttura ha addirittura negato quanto ci era stato comunicato al check-out.

Trovo questo comportamento estremamente poco serio e per nulla professionale.

Anche la pulizia, nel complesso, lascia molto a desiderare.

Esperienza decisamente negativa: posizione comoda, ma non sufficiente a compensare tutti gli altri problemi riscontrati. Personalmente non tornerei e non consiglierei questa struttura.
