Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, but inconsistent service
Pros:

- Beautiful location with views of the Atlantic and the mountains.
- The hotel goes beyond what is expected in this price category by providing turndown service, complimentary snacks, and transfers to the golf resort and the Atlantico Club.
- Amazing hotel grounds with plenty to explore, including a snooker table, botanical garden, games room, and hidden corners with Bali beds and whirlpools.
- Large standard rooms.
- The Atlantico Club is absolutely stunning.
- Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

- Inconsistent service. For example, the turndown service was performed differently each day.
- Unfortunately, we did not sleep well during our stay. We are not sure whether this was more due to the beds or the insufficient AC.
- The watter in all of the pools was a bit cold for us. It would be nice if at least one of them had warmer water.
- The dining options were hit or miss.

Un posto MERAVIGLIOSO
Pros:

Un posto meraviglioso , servizio altrettanto meravigliosi e staff Eccellente.
Tranquillo e pieno di tutti confort
Clima perfetto sia di giorno che di sera.
Panorama da togliere il fiato..10+ mi sembrava di essere nella villa di Jurassic park 😁🫶

Cons:

se devo trovare una pecca , non riguarda il resort ma la strada che porta a San Tiago del Teide è abbastanza impegnativa è piena di tornanti , ma regala comunque bellissimi paesaggi da vedere.

Très bel endroit pour farniente et tourisme
Pros:

Très bel endroit paisible avec de belles prestations, chambre très spacieuse.
La demi pension pour ne pas avoir à chercher un restaurant. La piscine très agréable.

Cons:

Dommage que le spa / piscine intérieure soit en supplément

Wunderschöne Anlage. Schön gelegen. Sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden super bedient. Das Frühstücks- und Abend Buffet bietet für jeden etwas an. Es ist umfangreich und lecker.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels war toll und die Aussicht spektakulär. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung.

Cons:

Das Essen wurde einem Fünfsternehotel, das sich Small Luxury Hotel nicht gerecht. Der Fitnessraum war eher dunkel, klein und ziemlich spärlich eingerichtet.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, ich werde wiederkommen!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit vielen gemütlichen kleinen Ecken und toller Poolanlage. Frühstück und Essen waren super lecker und das gesamte Personal freundlich und herzlich.

Tolles Hotel im Norden von Teneriffa

Super schönes Hotel direkt am Golfplatz gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker!

Cons:

Was wirklich zu all den wunderbaren Dingen die dieses Hotels ausmacht sehr stark abfällt, ist leider das Abendessen. Die warmen Speisen waren an jedem Abend „kalt“! Die warmen Speisen ausschließlich mit einer „Glühbirne“ warmzuhalten hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Das ist richtig schade und eines so tollen Hotels nicht angemessen.

Perfect get away.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely clean and facilities are excellent. The hotel is set by itself and nothing around so perfect if you want to get away from it all.

Cons:

It took until 5pm to get my room which is fine as they had a large wedding in however when asked to check out later by 1 hour they said no and the hotel was empty.

The food on evening not that good but the restaurant staff were fantastic.

Pros:

Мені сподобався стиль готелю . Це було не звично . Наче щось було особливим , не можу визначати , що саме . Ми мали велику кімнату з гарною гардеробною, дуже тихо й спокійно в готелі . Залишали в номері гарні квіти для нас ☺️

Cons:

Для нас все ж таки Южна частина Тенерифе більш жива й бурхлива . Як для себе ми визначили , що такий готель на 1 або 2 ночі. Вечеря , як на мене середня . Чоловіку сподобалась вечеря .

Cet hôtel ne doit pas uniquement se reposer sur le cadre mais doit travailler son service
Pros:

​En arrivant dans cet hôtel, nous avons été ébahis par la beauté du cadre, les multiples terrasses et les recoins pour se reposer et profiter des piscines. La chambre avec vue sur mer est grande et la literie est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et comblera chacun.

Cons:

Cependant, plusieurs points font baisser la note. Déjà, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, les clients reçoivent peu d'attentions en chambre. Une bouteille d'eau en arrivant et après plus rien, alors que nous sommes restés 7 jours. Les coussins des transats sont rarement nettoyés, s'y installer peut donc être compliqué.
​Enfin, nous étions présents alors que l'hôtel recevait un mariage sur la terrasse du bar, à côté de la réception. Au-delà du côté sympathique de voir les invités et une belle décoration, les nuisances nous ont gênés : d'une part par la fermeture de certaines commodités (restaurants, bar), mais surtout par le bruit de la fête. Le feu d'artifice tiré à minuit, accompagné d'un orchestre en live, a été la cerise sur le gâteau. Aucune information n'a été donnée aux clients, qui sont pourtant censés être à l'hôtel pour se reposer...
​J'ai fait part de mon mécontentement à la réception, qui n'a rien fait de spécial à ce sujet. Pour conclure, l'endroit est sympa, mais ils pourraient faire beaucoup mieux pour les clients. Le rapport qualité-prix n'y est donc pas du tout.
