Le personnel a été très désagréable. La personne présente en journée à notre arrivée était très accueillante, mais celle du soir était vraiment exécrable. Le personnel du matin n'était pas agréable non plus.

Goed basic hotel, prima prijs-kwaliteit

Goeie prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding, prima hotelletje met prima ontbijt. Niks fancy maar gewoon basic, en dat doen ze goed.

Cons:

Het hotel staat niet in de beste buurt van Bordeaux, daar moet je je maar voor afsluiten.

Super convenient location.
Pros:

Super convenient. 5 mins max walk to train,tram, bus and decent bars & restaurants. The hotel was in a quiet street so little or no disturbance.
The rooms are compact but everything was kept clean & tidy. Staff were very happy, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great.
