Prima hotel maar de ligging is niet in een hele fijne buurt
Pros:

Mensen, personeel was zeer vriendelijk.
,s avonds wikden wij dineren in het hotel maar er was alleen maar een optie tot een buffet met reservering.
We mochten toch ineen hoekje gebruikmaken va de kaart.
Vervolgens mochten we toch gebruik maken van het dessert buffet

Morning front desk staff were polite, professional and helpful.

Cons:

Check in night staff member was unhelpful, unprofessional and sloppy. She didn't give sufficient information to ensure my comfort.,There was no heating in the room and I was cold. No visible sockets to charge appliances. Furnishings are old tired and ugly.

Good stay at Manhattan.
Pros:

I almost like every moment of my stay. A loving welcome by the gate officers to the ladies at the reception. I also like the cleanliness of the house , comfortable bed . Delicious buffet breakfast . The best ever thing the hotel offering is the shuttle to places around Pretoria. I was attending workshop for two days , the hotel shuttle has take me to and from the hotel to Unisa and back to hotel without any extra cash..

Cons:

There is only one I notice that the hotel may look at is the towels , they are no longer comfortable. So to use them , you have make them damp.

An upgrade is needed to match the standards offered by competing accommodations i strongly feel

Breakfast had variety of options

Cons:

The accommodation still uses an older television instead of a Smart TV, which made it difficult for visitors to stream their favourite shows, especially since the available TV channels don't cater to what most people watch these days.

It would also be a nice addition to have at least a small bar fridge in the room to keep water and other drinks cold, even for guests staying just one night.

The room was clean, the birthday set up was beautiful and the foods was amazing

There were no electricity, we shower with cold water in winter and the wifi was not working, the staff was taking their time
